I'm changing my park to Long Lake Regional Park in New Brighton. It's a woman's prerogative. Rice Creek Trail West is just that, a trail, not a park. I was out there tonight. The trail runs through Long Lake Park.

no, it's a round lake ;) The youth group from my church went ice bowling on it on New Years Eve.
it looks like the north part is keller and the south part is phalen. According to Ramsey County Parks and Rec. It Does say Round Lake Park on the sign off Frost Ave.
