I might be interested in that 99 cooler crew button, I'll have to go look and see what I have.
I'd like to get the cooler crew buttons as well, if there's any still available after Kitch and OTS get done with em.....

I told him two years ago I'd be looking for them for him.
Crap, I'm probably going to be a little late to the pre dig. Hope some buttons will be left :)
I am interested in the Vulc pins.
Cool Otis! I'd be happy to trade for:
Any Winter Carnival memorabilia (especially Vulc stuff)
Any WC Buttons I need, which include:
1899, 1916, 1917, 1937, 1938, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955, 1957, 1958,

2000's ( I need two of them can't remember which ones offhand)
2001- Skater
Lee, the Vulc's are yours. I'll put them in your baggie! :)
Thanks. I should look through my stuff and see what I am missing. I lost some the last few years at the parks so I probably need some recent ones.
Remember the 2003 Wc Vulc I lost at Harriet??? I was sooo bummed and it was still missing outta my collection until I went through the Ebay lot this morning! I am thrilled to have it back!
Otis, your second in line behind Ian for the beer cans. We will have to wait for him to respond first but if he doesn't need them they are yours.
Thanks LAM! We will have to set up a button swap table... I'll bring tablecloths to decorate...OH and maybe my boy ESD (the BIG graduate) will make a sign?
I'll haveta bring some money... And my buttons, and my list, oh and OTS was buyin some of mine, so that'll get me some money...
Yes, Scribs, someone got lucky and got a good button. I am wondering if it ever showed up on ebay.
LOL! I may have just bought it back!
Ian: e-mail me, I have a question for you.
There is a full 1980 winter carnival beer can on ebay right now for $5.99 (buy it now price).
I'd give someone 5.99 if they drank it ;)
I feel special ...
Here I am, checking oscure New Brighton and Moundsview parks, getting my haircut and beard trimmed for the big to-do, and everybody's trying to contact me.
Yes, there was past communication concerning beer cans, and I graciously accept them. Thanks
I wasn't sure what I had available, but I offered them to Kitch and Otis (sorry, scribe's fault). If there's any left after those two (I highly doubt it, but then we haven't negotiated yet !) they'll be available.
I'm not positive, but I think MOM has past years still. Maybe she'll check in.
hmmm....
I gotta start lookin' for those cookie tins around here someplace....
Â
I got a couple of those to bring. Yeah I'm doubting Ian will have any left after Kitch and OTS (shoot I think OTS is looking for 2 sets of everything).
But anyone that has any of the old cooler crew buttons I'd be interested in aquiring a set of em, or whatever I can manage to get anyway.

I have 1973, and a couple Vulcan buttons. I'll bring some "other" memorabilia that you'll find interesting.

I'm especially fond of Christmas-themed tins, at least until I get a dozenof them. Thanks to Get Sauced VI, and s4xton, I have a new series of caches for the end of the year.
Gotta get my box of buttons together for Saturday.. I have an extra cooler crew button from the site if anyone is interested.
I've got a new 'wonderland tin from caribou.
maybe my boy ESD (the BIG graduate) will make a sign?
What do you want on the sign Scribe, if you get it to me tonight I can print it tomorrow after my interview.
all this button talk made me get myself in gear. i've been kinda ill so i was feelin very behind the times. i finally got out got a pin and got the registration in the mail. *pats herself on the back*
the hunting experience could be tragic without that i feared!

first off, welcome to the board, second off I just did that today too, I'm just a huge procrastinator I didn't have any good reason to wait this long. it beats a few years ago when I dropped the registration cards off at the post office right before the PDG the day it had to be post marked by.
Well if stuff is already claimed thats fine. I'll get what I can and hash the rest out on ebay this summer.
scribe- If it is possible can I put dibbs on the 1985? I am eventually going to start a collection, but for now would like to start out with my birth year. I can pay you with a hug, or even money, whichever.
I figured it'd be first come first serve. And since I'm due to be a little late to the PDG, I'd be lookin for table scraps if I was lucky :)
Scribe,
Thanks for sorting your stuff (and everyone else). Any help getting my collections together is appriciated.
Ian - Do you happen to have that button list sheet that you made up? Maybe THX could post it at the top of this thread?

adjust your font 'view' setting to 'smallest'
Thanks Ian
