Just about that time...

Any other time, time seems to speed by...but not when one is waiting for a clue!

Looks like a few more people here waiting for the clue tonight than the last week.

Clue #9

To the left or to the right? Oh what an awful plight!
Which one was correct Alice could not quite say.
After she went to depart, she finished at the start,
Though a catfish in the middle pointed the right way.

So that clue sent everyone running off to their park? hehe

If the catfish says it's to the right, that's good enough for me.

Kitch -I tried to e-gram you but it said it could not locate you- so here:

Hey Kitch- she had a training halter nose leash connected to my leash but she got it off her face :( ---- I was probly 10% in the wrong. This situation really showed the guys character and I was lucky he didnt have a gun :( -like I said I didnt say anything-not even I'm sorry -which he yelled that I didnt even apologize -but I couldn't do anything but make sure I had control of the dog and the situation/my welfare was under control.

oh well- hope I dont run into him again is all.

Wish we had more daylight. We can't get out tomorrow night. We've got to make a trip north and back after work.

This clue doesn't really get us closer to an area of the park than we have been.

Between the snow and all this Wonderland confusion, I'm starting to think this hunt may go close to the end after all.

I'm not confused - at least I don't think I am. Maybe that's the first sign? I know the park. Just have to get it narrowed down.

I'm going to go get some food. I'll have my phone with me in case anyone finds it.

I think I've got the park too, about 99% sure, but I can't go out tonight but will be there tomorrow in the light.

Kind of quiet around here. I wonder how many people are out hunting tonight? No one has called yet to say they've found it.

I think Terry is out at the park, I had some stuff to take care of tonight, I'll be out there tomorrow if it isn't found by then

Some of the direction arrows in the THG look like fish.

The fish is pointing in the direction we've been searching. I know at least 3 other people were out hunting tonight. If it weren't for all the snow, my guess is that it would have been found. The additional snows haven't helped.

Yes, I have to admit when I hid it, it looked like we were losing our snow cover and I didn't think it would recover, so to speak, hehe.

There's snow...and it's the heavy wet stuff.

Well it's getting to be too late to be in the parks and it seems everyone is starting to gather at the message board again.

I just wish we could figure out the clever hiding place. :-)

Reg - If you want others to talk about hunting with you, you need to share too. All we ever see is you bragging that you've got it all figured out, but then never once do you contribute to the noodling.

Maybe Kitch can get his chimney fixed!

I believe the prize is still at $290, although I've only actually received $220 so far, so that's all I can promise to pay out until I get the rest (being poor and all right now).

I could care less about noodling with people. If we all worked together, the purpose of the mock hunt would be defeated

It is a lot more fun to go hunting with someone and jake expressed interest
