enjoy: 1) scoring a killer goal 2) beating a team that were a bunch of jerks fairly. we played a team on Sat night, and one of our guys collided with one of theirs - the had the balls to come up to me, and say if my (hurt) player came back into the game, then he'd be leaving not on his legs -- THEN threw in a kicker that they were a team of "sheriffs" _ I told them what for, and chewed their spokes person up one side and down the other, until the ref came over and had to separate us.
also enjoy - going to the river with my girls on sat - and apparently I was squawking a bit too much -- it was slightly over my head, and I was hanging on to one of the other girls and well, ok - freaking out a little bit, cause I couldn't touch --
anywho - 2 canoes full of coast guard boys on the river for a day of R&R - jumped in and swam over to save me. which was slightly embarrasing, but they ended up coming to shore with us, and having mimosas.. :sheepish:
dunno... i have to figure out my life here first. I still have 2 houses that need settling ... yada yada yada.
life just gets in the way sometimes.
I'm not sure this is an enjoy (I think it might be for people who will witness it) ... I have agreed to go camping this weekend - and I'm sharing a tent with a friend who is just about as much of a barbie as I am when it comes to stuff like this.
we have a borrowed tent.. it fits 8, two rooms (so we have space for our shoes) air mattresses and the whole 9 yards. there are like 25 people going and we are working on getting a wakeboard boat to bring up to the lake...
I don't camp - camping to me is a hotel without room service -- IN TOWN. color me scared. :ooh:
I'm optimistic...My new realtor is great. The old one had it for 90 days and had a total of ZERO showings. ZERO. So anything's an improvement - and if you remember the old pictures these are 100% better.
Now if only I can get eags to schedule a showing at her new home... :goofy:
kittens.. I'm the 'godmother' to the cutest little orange ball of fur this side of the street... his name is Oscar - he's 7weeks old, and he is a cuddle bug.
I survived camping - and I only got one bruise - which was totally my fault. (and I wasn't drunk) I jumped over the side of the boat to put it on the trailer, and ran into part of the trailer... so my hip is black and blue.
it wasn't bad - it rained,it was cold, and we still went out on the water and wakeboarded and drank - ridiculous amounts of liquor.
on a lighter weird note.... I got called in to the office yesterday afternoon. Boss asks if I can come in an hour early tomorrow (today). Thinking she has a project she needs worked on I say I can. She then says than I can leave early too. I didn't expect that. I just asked what she needed completed and thought there must be some catch. Her catch you ask? She thought that I may want to leave early to get to the Winter Carnival Sale downtown before it starts. um, what? how did you know I wanted to attend that? 'a little birdie told me' she says. I had mixed up my days (doesn't everyone on a holiday weekend? - so I thought yesterday was Monday so I hadn' asked to leave early yet). So bottom line is whoever told my boss about the sale rocks! my boss rocks! and that I came in to work at 7:30 and I get to leave at 3:30 :smile:

the place where we go - Ann Lake, just outside of Monticello, in the SandDunes state forest
... we've been camping there so long, it feels like a 2nd home...
we're also going this weekend...
yeah... you may get dirty or whatever... but so what... it'll make that shower when you get home feel that much better...
