The 45th parallel is marked by a gigantic rock with a bronze plaque on it and is located on Cleveland Ave in Roseville - just a couple blocks south of hwy 36

The Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt is part of the St. Paul Winter Carnival every year. While the prize can only go to one winner, The Allison Wonderland is dedicated to the community spirit of treasure hunting.
