Bob Dylan won a Nobel Prize but he ignored it. So "Ignore Nobel" would imply Bob Dylan while "Ignore ignore Nobel" would imply to Ignore Dylan.

Clue 7, is a no-brainer to me. "Ignore no bell" is absolutely a Dylan reference. What that means is up for debate--I know Highland and Positively 4th Street

While the prize can only go to one winner, The Allison Wonderland is dedicated to the community spirit of treasure hunting.
