What if the "flub" means BLUF(F) as to the Bannon/Gannon/Elway clue leading to Crosby?? I would forgive the reusing of clues if that is the case...maybe.....

Well this clue is rather troubling in that it seems to point to Crosby, but in a way I don't like all that much. Yet I can't get it to point anywhere else.
