Worse latrine experience was while serving as a Company Commander in Germany during a bad winter. It was so cold that the seat froze in the closed position. We had to use hot water to "unseal" the seats. The strangest experience was to hear the latrine contents go snap, crackle and pop (due to change in temperature) while you were using the facilities
A true story, book, and movie starring Brad, directed by Robbie. This clue will help you find your wish, if you think of mountains and how to fly fish.
Stuff going on around here sometimes just gets so silly.
We had some thunderstorms move through. Lightening and some thunder but nothing too serious here though there were some heavier storms towards Hinckley.
There is a good chance of aurora activity tomorrow. Hope it hits when it's dark and clear.
So I was back out at Kellogg today after being in Highland last night. I thought if the clue about searching the archives was a crime meant to look for a park where the treasure was found near a law enforcement agency, that might apply just as well to Kellogg as Highland. So while I was out there I found a photo on the ground. I picked it up and it was a picture looking down a bridge with a very prominent street sign that merely said "Begin". And in the distance, I could see a "Highland Park" sign. Seemed awfully weird since I had just been in Highland. But alas, no river in Highland.
I'd hate to say it but all signs do seem to point to Kellogg still. I just can't bring myself to ripping through all the vines or plant beds, which seem to be the only place to look out there. I don't know why summer would be different from winter. I wouldn't bat an eye at raking through anything in the winter. I'll hold off for one more clue before jumping in.
Too bad for those people at Ozzfest. Soaked to the bone I'm sure. I'm kind of glad that I sold my ticket when it was first announced that Ozzy wasn't going to make our show. Then the Drowning Pool thing. Didn't hear about the BS that SOAD was creating. Thanks for the info VJ. They're going to need to be a bit more understanding if they want to become anything other than a one album wonder.
I'll be looking in Owatonna today, just in case the storms moved the treasure. Have there been any reports from the spotter(s) ? Is it still out there?

Well it at least it was in my top 2 parks :(
Today in a park a man asked me if I was alright-cause he saw me talking to myself and looking around funny! geeesh.
Hi Terry!
Looks like the tornados are more SW, shouldn't make it up to your area Ter.
Hey COOL-you got 721 at 7:12 :)
Thanks for the weather alert. We really need to get a weather radio here. Just checked the radar, we're okay here.
So a River Runs Through It. I hardly ever watch movies - but I did see that one.
And yes Me2, I'm always doing dishes it seems. Hateful job. Someday I'll have my kitchen redone to include a built-in dishwasher.
Phalen has one in zone 4

This is too much!
These clues have been excellent. Real thought provokers. Good noodlers.
:)-getting tired not to see it-ooops-at least that part is still fun---I keep trying to think 'out of the box' but I just want to crawl right back in.
I've been trying to keep myself out of there-I love that park- maybe have to take Taiga with me next time I go!
Goodnight
Not much noodling going on here tonight.

Happy hunting
I heard someone suggest that the two california trees could be called "logs". If they are indeed from California they could be called CAL-Logs.
Morning All!
Good luck hunting today!

Good Morning!
It's windier than windy here this morning. Rained all night.
I like the Cal logs Rush!
Spotter report? Too funny.
Good luck to all those out hunting today!
Hope you see some auroras tonight Ter! Wish we were up north...but this is good too ;)
Jumbo Jet Joe.
Where the heck did that medallion go?
Checking in for any news...and there's no news here yet.
Marley - if tonight's auroral storm is as strong as is being predicted, you could very well see it in the cities. Best of both worlds?
We might have to take a little drive tonight, they said on the news theres also supposed to be an astroid passing by (visible with binocculars).
WHERE IS JAKE

Is that a picture of the park it's at? I think I recognize some of those trees.
Thanks for the picture ATH. I love that stuff. Looks like I'll be setting up the telescope tonight.
