I'm looking forward to getting (atleast) one tooth pulled tomorrow so I can eat normal food again!

My mom had ALL of her teeth pulled yesterday! It was the first time I saw a 'before & after' - I remember my dad and my grandma with no teeth and dentures but not before their teeth were pulled-the jaw looks caved in. Anyhow, they kept my mom overnight at the UofM hospital -the talk thismorning is they may keep her another day too.

The kicker is her medical insurance says in the handbook they cover certain dental procedures-like if you get hit in the face and break a tooth or fall and break one they will fix it BUTeven though I heard with my own ears the doctor say "the CAUSE of the infections are the teeth! And when the teeth are gone the infection will be gone - Get rid of the 'cause' NOT treat the 'cause' because it will come back" the medical insurance still will not cover the removal of the teeth! Many letters have been sent in and have been denied!

Oh, and about last night...Ares: i just have to say about last nite: i win :)

my machines will run for 5 minutes off the ups before they shut down. they could go for longer, but i'd rather not drain the batteries that much. with the 2 batteries in the laptop, i can run it for 5 or 6 hours easily, and that's with the wireless card draining off of them. as for cellular service, not yet, but as soon as the company sign's their gsm contract so i can get the corporate discount, my phone is going to have a tragic accident, probably on the end of a baseball bat, and best buy is going to give me a new one that will be internet ready :) i can send and receive aol instant messages on it though.
