Well Chem, it looks like your special Christmas present might be here a little early. Cool! I have a 5 year old and it's neat how that thick ornament line gets higher and higher every year.

We received our present early yesterday when we found out that our refi-appraisial valued our house at an 80% increase from when we bought the house only 6 years ago! I knew that Inver Grove had the highest value increase in the metro but didn't think it would be that high. This is great news for us since we now can do the great American tradition and borrow even more money. Hopefully we should close before the end of the year so we can claim the closing costs on our 2002 taxes. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend refinancing as soon as possible as rates are starting to increase now and have historically done so in the early part of the year as well. I remember looking forward to 2003 9 years ago, at the bus stop. Me and a couple of buddies did the math, and figured out that we would graduate in '03, and I distinctly remember thinking that it would never come. Well, it's almost here, and I am almost done with high school! I can't wait! The other thing I can't wait for is the hunt! Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot!

My holidays start with driving home tomorrow for my dads family xmas party, then back up N for a couple days of finishing up, then home for our family xmas parties on Tues and Wed, then back up N to relax. Lots of driving, but atleast its only 3 xmas parties this year!

Had a little argument with my big bro (barry) tonight. I gave him a lift home tonight from work an he looks at me an says I bought you an art tickets to Mazatlan Mexico for a week in a condo.(he an wife an kids are going) (cool right)
NO not really I kina knew when he was going an aske him when it was an he said the magic words (JAN 24 - 31) I said you must be f@#$ing crazy we cant go.Then we argued a little.But then of course he understood that I am a addict!(more to the story but thats the jest)

well, my christmas will be a little more hectic for now, the other manager (my best friend) was put on 2 wk bed rest yesterday.she's a month & a half pregnant and only has a 50/50 chance of keeping it, so I will be working alot more for a while, thank god we're not open on sundays!

I almost got you something last night. I went to see the Marshall Field's Christmas Display last night and at the end of it they have a little shop selling stuff. One of the things they were selling was a Green M&M stuffed toy. I thought about getting it and then remembered I didn't really have that much money.

the way to find out is to look in the pictures we took that night- If she is in them than she was there that late otherwise she left right before Jake found it.

the only poeple i'm seeing in the pictures from that night are aw, tmk, terry and inks, aw, you, and me.

a sister of a friend of mine had twins in nov-15 weeks early-one passed away on Dec. 6th. She was always planning on giving them for adoption.

Well, she called the family she chose the other day and asked what they were doing on Friday, they asked if she wanted to meet to answer some more questions and she said 'no, I want you to come meet your new daughter' - Isn't that a wonderful Christmas present for the adopting family? WoW!

Not only that but while they came to the hospital to meet the baby girl-the couple wanted her blessing for the name they were gonna give her--they said Samantha...unbelievable that God works in mysterious ways...

my friend had 5 daughters and could NOT name any of them Samantha cause her sister (the mom of this baby) was always gonna name her first born girl Samantha! and this one who lived was the first born of the 2. WoW!

Well Me2 I think you may be off a little. I don't think this one will be a tax deduction for me this year. I am guessing here but I think HE will be born early February, late January. It would've been nice if he would've been born in December though. Because we have birthdays currently in November, January, February, and March. Also our wedding Anniversary is in March.
