Ok my first pick was Taylor Park, ok still is if we get snow (yeah right!)

But if we dont get snow I will have to change to a BIGGER park!

Like that one ares was talking about! ( so now ares we pick which part of battlecreek to see who wins or ? )

I aint pickin anything right now... im just gonna wait til its found and claim that I chose the park a long ass time ago, and that it never got written down, and demand half the money.

The problem with Crosby is there's nothing to write clues about there! I know, I tried. Although if they were to hide it in the trails behind the park, it could take a while to be found. It's very scenic back there, like something out of a fairy tale, but there's also some unsavory activities going on back there. Maybe not so much in the winter though.

Otherwise Artemis is right, Marley can pick Battle Creek, but he can only win if Ares changes to something else thereby making him the longest standing picker of Battle Creek. It's a gamble, but that's how this game is played. hehe

Langford was always my favorite hiding spot because I was alone in that park 2 days before anyone else looked there. Well, except the locals and the kids from the school right there. It fit ALL of those generic clues clearly, when the other parks would only fit a few. I like when that happens. I felt that I had to move quick because everyone would eventually make it up to my little secret. The good ol days.
I'm going on 3 hrs of sleep for the second day in a row and it's starting to feel like the hunt has already started. I'm beginning to experience that disorientation feeling again.

It hasn't been in Cherokee since 1998.

I've been thinking of parks without water so that no one falls through the ice. Early on I would have gone for Phalen or Marydale, but me thinks too much water and too much chance of some fool falling through thin ice.

Ahh yes. Even more reason for me to think Highland.

The medallionators weren't 2 for 2, they were 2 for 3. They didn't find the big one. And that's the one that counts!

worked on the newsletter til 2:30 thismorning then got up at 8 and went to a Geography Bee. My daughter and neice participated with 23 other students. They made it half way through it. The winner goes on to state and then the winner of that goes to Washington!

The 6th graders got easier questions than the 4th graders and petty much shut everyone else out of the game...but it got very hard in the last 2 rounds -Yikes!

that reminds me that I was thinking maaaaybe the guy would hide it on public property but not in a park. I drive by the 35E/Victoria 10 times a week and think of that.

Yeah I had the Fairgrounds and powderhorn. Then I picked one of the parkways (look at kingscommons pics on 1-09-03).But my actual pick will come the day before the hunt!!! And I am sure nobody will pick this park!!! Except for maybe Trent!!!!!!
