There are plenty of Battle refrences at Como.....Lexington....there is also that bomb thingy there that kids dig uo every year, northern side of St.Paul, view of the space needle...but what about the church refrences? Oh Hell the hid the thing in DC, they have lots of snow there,maybe it's at the pentagon.

I think Cass Gilbert has hunting potential - lots of tall grass, leaves and trees. I don't know if it fits the clues, however.

I do think all parks have flags, but I don't think they necessarily fly them during the winter.
Maybe a Perkins or school building is nearby with a flag flying.
