FYI...Over the last ten years...here's a list of the clue # that the name of the park came out. '87-- Nos. 9 & 10...'88--Nos. 11 & 12...'89--No. 9...'90--#8 & 12....'91--Nos. 10 & 11...'92--Nos. 9 & 11...'93--Nos. 10 & 11...'94-- No. 12...'95--6, 9 & 12...'96--No. 4...'97--Nos. 4 & 12...'98--Nothing yet.
Lets start from the beggining. When the Med was hidden at Harriet, even in the first clue it mentioned "first". This time it says "Lucky one". "Water, woods, scenery" fits Cher. There is sledding. "large object"- what's bigger than the high bridge? You can VERY clearly see the two domes. There's a playground, train tracks, and the NSP smokestack. Have I missed anything?
There is a Rose named "Cherokee", it's not a very popular type of Rose, I went to the library and confirmed that there is a Rose called Cherokee. This may be reading too much into the Rosebud clue. I also heard a rummor that there is a candy called Rosebud, it comes in a small tin, also heard a rummor that there is a pasta sold in a box with a name brand called Rosebud
Let go of the mouse, Bubba. Also, haven't seen this mentioned but Shepard is a city street that would lead the way...no? Mounds/Cher tour starting shortly.
Cherokee is bounded by Annapolis street. A nice "City" named street. This may fit clue 5 "City Streets" at the end of the High Bridge is a large public Binoculars, "kids like to Zoom". The Catherdral dome and the NSP stack are in clear view at certain parts of Cherokee.Got ta go. Antique show at Apache Plaza. I collect Winter Carnival buttons, and have only Two more to fill the whole set since 1886. They sell buttons at the show.
I think its in Linwood park. High up, view of NSP smokestack, ice arena below, sliding, wooded hills, dome-shaped pavillion, railroad tracks below, 35E zooming by ...
There are plenty of city streets around Highland, Lexington Pkwy, Montreal, Rome. St.Paul ave. Plus there is a plgd right across from Highland called Riverview, it has two slides and a street named Race st. next to the plgd. Where kids like to zoom? In one of the clues it says city streets will show you the way to riches, there was a movie called Road to Riches starring Bing Crosby, Crosby lake and park are right by that area.

There's a major park with 2 state and 2 U.S. city streets running into it.

where is linwood park at
FYI All, Send "NO JOE" mail to kct@pioneerplanet.infi.net
When I drove by this afternoon people were on top of the pavillion searching and everwhere else too!
it says "where kids like to zoom"
Dawn how do you tie in city streets in to Linwood?
linwood is a reach
007-It has to be in Highland Park golf course...look at clue # 2 "woods and water" "look for a place with high ground
linwood is a reach
To enter 35E the road by there goes 2 ways and the way to Linwood park says "city streets".
Dawn, there is an actual sign that says "city streets"? If so can you see that sign if you were standing in the park?
well then como park is still in tom kleven.
really dont know i was at all 3 today mounds, charokee, and highland
the best one for sleding is highland golf course. by hole number 7 if im not mistaken. but it cant be with not smoke stackes in sight anywhere.
The sign is not in the park, but it leads you to the city streets that go to the park.
once again does anyone think DON'T blow your STACK could mean not to look for a smoke stack?
Dawn, whats your thoughts about the rosebud?
then what could it mean iwantthetresure

possibly that it's leading you away from the parks you're thinking about mainly because they have smokestacks
