Queen Malley - the view is about a half block away from the back corner of the park so it's nearby but not in the park...and the park is definately small. Much like Horton Park in size...or smaller.
LL, the pussies are fine. Some more'un udders... LOL!!! (Did *I* type that???!)
Cranberry juice in, cranberry juice out... Cranberry juice in, cranberry juice out... Cranberry juice in, cranberry juice out... Cranberry juice in, cranberry juice out... Cranberry juice in, cranberry juice out...
Schitz!! I have to give up the 'pute. The kid needs the phone. Sheesh! She gets home from a 3 day gig up north, and you'd think she would have "enough" of kid-time. Guess not.
My thoughts about Harriet Island is that it's free game. It's a St. Paul park and it's not in the rules to stay away. That park is pretty well established now and the sod has taken. I don't think there should be any concerns about any of the donators thingys getting dug up by hunters. They are flush to the walks.
Queen... Here's the scoop... Ter's really good at this clue crap - I'm not. She's really logical - and I'm NOT. If you ask her about my thoughts... Well...
This time I got lucky and she didn't stroke out and whizz her pants over what I believe...
Lance just posted in another thread that they are going to be shutting down to add more memory for site performance, he said around 10:00-10:30 so should be around midnight for us.
NOTICE: There will be a short downtime tonight as we shut down to install more memory. The downtime should start between 10 and 10:30 PM (Pacific) and should last approximately 30-60 minutes.
Today's clue is like, well... MomPress is getting into this and liking it as much as we do. Like, they're having FUN with it - it means something to them. The spirit, the history, the joy, the fun, the (and I can't spell for shit...) commeriderie.
Like ittiz snot a tedious burden to them that they HAVE to do each year, but now THEY'RE joining into the game!!!
Today's clue will always, always, always be the best and funniest to me!!!
Once the hunt is officially over, usually the night of there's a pity party. The first one was at Newell at the fire ring. Once the puck's been found, stay tuned here to figure out where and what folks will do to share a tear or two - or maybe to burn those clipped clues you're all saving.
Then the Sunday after the hunt about noon, we have a rehash bash in the park in which the prized medallion was found. Potluck. Don't go scurrying off to your other lives until you've rehashed. Puts a bittersweet ending to things for another year...but always a great time!
joe. wooooooohhhooooooo! I nailed it!
I would ASSume green earmuffs to match that frog's hue.
hey reg!
And we checked out the frog in the frogpond. No green earmuffs and nothing up his arse!
I guess you didnt see my warning about "NOT" checking the frog did you?
Hey, Reg!

Same year poor DDY got his shovel stolen...
Terry: I liked the Harriet idea, but Green thinks No to Harriet 'cuz PP won't want all the new stones, plaques, etc. disturbed....thoughts?
I think I am reg, unless I get too tired.
Schitz!! I have to give up the 'pute. The kid needs the phone. Sheesh! She gets home from a 3 day gig up north, and you'd think she would have "enough" of kid-time. Guess not.
I "will" be back later! Toodles!

Or she did, and calmed down and THEN posted!!! :D
Very nice Dbl "Joe!" Reg!
I am not good at this clue stuff - especially this year.
But I will say this. Clue number 6 of the 2003 hunt is the best one I've seen ever. Absolutely left me in stitches.
Lance just posted in another thread that they are going to be shutting down to add more memory for site performance, he said around 10:00-10:30 so should be around midnight for us.
I agree about clue #6 being the best of all Med clues,Terry!!
man i hope it's after the clue! I can't make it down tonight!
Hey all,
In case the medallion gets found tomorrow, for all those lord ot the rings fans out there, I wanted to get this up before the hunt is done :)
BTW kinda an homage to the PP using Puck to describe the medallion so much :)
yeah, should be after the clue, I think he said it would only be down for about a half hour or so.
NOTICE: There will be a short downtime tonight as we shut down to install more memory.

that's pacific time so it will be around 12:00 here.
Ter, I'm RIGHT with you!!!

Nice to have MomPress bock among us!!!
Unless that it means look under stuff
Thanks, Mikey!
Yep, I plan on being there.. that you in the pick?
And just so it's been stated somewhere here...
