Discuss the 2003 Pioneer Press Medallion Here.

I don't think it's McKnight. Just can't make that without some Capitol dome visible.

Thanks for the info, Terry; I haven't been to those things yet.

Queen - Then this is the year. Meeting folks face to face and enjoying dinner among other obsessed folks is just too good to miss.

I think the Capitol clue might be a pointer... Think more 3 Dimensionally...

Maybe it is time to come out of the 'Cooler closet!
Me is just a little bit shy.....

Reg - None of us know for sure what the cluewriter/hider is meaning by the words he/she uses. For all any of us know, you're right and we'll be rehashing in NSP. I just believe the part about clearly seeing the Capitol dome means to see the actual dome - not a representation of it.

Mr. Mikey: you will never be able to take a night off again until that Med is found!!

Hoping tonight's clue will be a good one, more discriminating :)

I;m afraid your right QueenMally. I'm only foolin' myself!

Queen - Coming out of any closet is a good thing! One can get claustrophobic in a closet!!!

Really though - nothing to be shy about. Folks here already are talking to you....just nice to have a face to go with the talk.

OH!

I'd forgotten about The Pity Party!!!

Gee... Wunner if because I was so pitying myself last year I was pie-eyed!!! Ish.

Yuppers!!! The Annual (this year the 6th Annual!!!) Re-Hash Bash is ALWAYS (always, ALWAYS!!!) held in the park The Med was found in, the Sunday after when The Med's found. Fur xample... If found 2morrow in Newell... Well, then the Re-Hash Bash would be the following day - at Newell!

Easy concept, no?

The Re-Hash Bash izz a pot-luck thighy. Ian ALWAYS brings "Sloppy Joe Medallions."

Bring sumpin' if you can; if you can't, yust bring yourself!!!!

Personally, I just want to hone in on whatever area the puck is :)

Reg - Like I said, if it makes sense to you go for it! None of us know what's right or wrong. You have to go with what your heart/head/gut tell ya.

It seems like all the clues fit it perfectly and with more ease than the other parks. The problem is that the park doesn't seem right. I had a bad feeling. I think we basically searched the whole place. If this clue fits McKnight, I am rushing there. Otherwise, I won't try to force-fit it because it doesn't seem perfect enough.

Clue Two: "You may see our medaillion's home": gotta be in reference to the Pioneer Press bldg?? What park/public ground is near there? or if not the PP what is considered the Med's "home"?
Ideas?

Fri, 01/24/2003 - 9:04 PM Permalink
KC0GRN

Excellent thinking Reg. Don't want to rule it out until the clues obviously don't fit in. Even if a place has been well searched already doesn't mean something could have been missed either

Fri, 01/24/2003 - 9:05 PM Permalink
Terry

The med home as I interpret that is wherever it's hidden, just laying there waiting.

Fri, 01/24/2003 - 9:05 PM Permalink
KC0GRN

Perhaps if you look nearby, you might see another site where the medallion is? Not PP, where it's hidden itself

And if it doesn't solidify McKnight, perhaps it'll solidify another location

Otay... I've marked that massage I posted, about The Re-Hash Bash...

So NOW how do I get it back here? You know? To repost again at intervals sos everbuddy can see it???

Reg!!! I TOLD you that McKnight Road seperates the two halves of BC (St. Paul and Maplewood)!!!

What's with you, man?

Fri, 01/24/2003 - 9:09 PM Permalink
queenmalley

Good idea, Green!

~Back~

I used to have two lines not too long ago, so there was never an issue of the kid using the phone . . . . but ya know, I love my LuLu.

Can I tell you???

If I "don't" find the medallion this year . . . . ya know what I want . . . I want to run into the little boy Joshua from Florida, who is here for the WC festivities. Makes my heart jump for joy that he "wants" to be here in this
<brrrrrrrr> cold weather.

Things could look good for ol BC, another clue would help

Fri, 01/24/2003 - 9:11 PM Permalink
green

Well, thanks, Queen. But snot an "idea" - but actual fact.

McKnight Road is the divider between the two parts of BC. On the east side o'McKnight you've Maplewood; on the west side is the St. Paul part o'the park.

It was NOT opinion I voiced earlier to Reg, but actual fact.

You gotta keep fact seperate from opinion here. Thass VERY important.

Green - I haven't a clue how to do that. Perhaps copy and paste it somewhere so you can paste it again here every once in awhile.

Welcome back, MJ!
