There is a colon there? Hmmm, I didn't notice that and it is not included with the Twincities.com online clues.

on second thought....

winterrunner, that's as good a noodling as i've read in the last week for that clue.

Leela: "colon" "where the sun don't shine"...there is the connection!

Winter: I don't know if the clue writters get that detailed in the clues. My experience has been the sometimes the 'Coolers ( me included) get too much in their analizing and need to simplify the clues a little more.

Terry

Can you hear it? The wheels of noodling going round and round.

This is a great hunt!

Tue, 01/28/2003 - 6:38 PM Permalink
queenmalley

When the definition of the clues have come out in the past, they ended up being more simple.

so, im never sleeping again,, and im freaking out my roomates.. that clue five is a tough one. but what bothers my mind more than the clues,, is how it could remain hidding soo well still!!! Thats why im thinking its in bigfoots ass.. we check the statue at comos ass last night, nothing.... so must find bigfoot now.

Tue, 01/28/2003 - 6:44 PM Permalink

Only because you're out in PA instead of here Stallion.

wait,, why you in PA stallion??

Nice avatar wing :) I was thinking about bringing a bedspring in from the dump to drag across the field.

  • Was it two or three, they seem not to agree
  • When St. Paul made a great leap.

Anyone know how we can tie this to HI?

In reality, there isn't much information that hasn't already been shared anywhere. Folks either believe what they read - and if they believe all of the better noodling, they'll still be in at least 6 parks.

clue 2 or 3?? great leap high bridge.. from the high bridge you can see soo clear a view of our capitol dome...

scheffer fits best,, but unless its buried 10 feet underground,, its not their.

    Tue, 01/28/2003 - 6:50 PM Permalink
    Terry

And it's not buried under dirt. Nope. That will get this hunt cancelled.

    Tue, 01/28/2003 - 6:51 PM Permalink
    wrightwinger

    exactly TV!

    Tue, 01/28/2003 - 6:51 PM Permalink

Eags - Don't you wish you could get here for this? I'd hate to be so far away during the hunt.

I was thinkin' the same thing, Eags... Tho... uhmm... Simon and Garfunkel's song "The Boxer" comes to mind...

    Tue, 01/28/2003 - 6:53 PM Permalink
    wrightwinger

just an idea about the 2 or 3, being in reference to clue 2 and or 3.... thats all, i have NO beleifs,, just crappy ideas.

    Tue, 01/28/2003 - 6:53 PM Permalink
    Matt

"Me precious" would be awful if it were intended to be a LotR allusion. It was always referred to as "my precious" in both media incarnations of the story. Accidents do happen, though, I guess.

    King Boreas aka Ian

Tammy Forsberg was on her way to day care to drop off her two daughters — 7-month-old Bethany and 9-year-old Nikia — before getting to work when her car died in the intersection of U.S. 61 and Beam Avenue in Maplewood about 7:30 a.m. Monday.

"It just died, quit,'' she said. An effort by her father-in-law, Ed Briant, to jump-start the car failed and he couldn't push it to the shoulder by himself.

"We didn't know what to do when there was knock on the window and there was a Vulcan,'' Forsberg said, recalling she was somewhat startled by the early morning appearance of the St. Paul Winter Carnival bad boys.

She said six or seven of the red-capped, masked Vulcans jumped off their firetruck and pushed her car through the intersection and out of harm's way. They then jumped back on the truck and headed out with a "Yahoo!" and a blast from their sirens.

"Nikia said, 'Gee, Mom, God sent us some devils,' '' Forsberg said.
