I'm perfectly fine with leaving them alone. The things they shared aren't quite the same things we shared and it would be a bit difficult now to try and merge the two groups. But at the same time I don't want Sunday to turn into something ugly if they're trying to have their event at the same place we're having ours and they're still keeping up this separatist mentality.

AW--Are you going to forward some of your comments about the clues to the PP? You have some really good thoughts there. I think some of the clues were way too obscure for your average person to get their noodle around. And the location was kinda rough for most, and pretty much impossible for older folks.
The guy goes into explaining what park it was found at, and what time it was found at, and ends the message by saying "Good Luck, and Thanks for hunting"
One question.. why did they throw "Good Luck" in there??? Chances are, if your calling the line, your not the one who found it.
I like how one of them tried to rush in on the film crew on the last night after it was over. She came up running to them saying that she wanted to announce a new group called the PUCK POSSE. When Trent put the camera on her, she just said hi to all her friends like she was on American Bandstand.
Is the "Puck Posse" group at that EZboard site, the same ninjas from the PP's board? Or is there two seperate groups??
Same group. I suspect they're also worried that the PP is going to yank their thread after the hunt and they want a place to go and continue chatting. Which is really quite ironic I think.

Well I gave it a shot and got a rather dismissive reply in return. This Puck Posse is going to self-destruct within two months. There are some volatile personalities in there and once thye no longer have the hunt in common they'll turn on each other, it will get ugly, and no one will want to be there anymore.
AW--I think you can just send comments to one of the editors at the PP. Last year I just went to their web site and found someone who sounded important and sent them an email. Or maybe you could call and ask who would be the best person to send comments to. It's worth a try, for the sake of all us huntin' fools who aren't as brainy as you are!
gotta give the cluewriter props in finding stories that you would NEVER be able to research unless you knew something about them from the get go...so let's see, our choices are to have the clues be too easy and somebody finds it on clue 6, or get nearly trampled to death or maimed by some tree branches and have it go to clue 12. IS THERE NO HAPPY MEDIUM?!
