Camo Scott was saying he had a run in with one of the leaf blower guys as well.

I had a horrible time at the Vulcan dance. I ended up getting really sick with a cold. It just hit me like a ton of bricks. Went up to our room to bed and had the cold sweats all night.

THEN, Went to pick up the boys from Grandma's this AM and the other little one is now also sick. So, we got two little ones and me not feeling well.

To add to it, one of our cats gets sick on the carpet on the stairs.

Scribe says "There seems to be a theme today", and shrugs it off with good humor.

Poor Scribe!

I'm still coming today, for as long as I can handle it anyway.

Nancy, thanks for the recipe.

Missing you all-

From Soucheray-
I take it that the treasure hunters now realize that the gauntlet has been thrown and that next year your crew better have on board back at headquarters a Web-savvy history nut ready to fire up the search engines on everything from murder and mayhem to pioneer legislatures. This ain't your father's treasure hunt.

He is warning us that he is the writer and next year will be worse.

Or, is Nick the writer?

Souchery wouldnt be that evil,, as to be this clue writer.. who ever the current clue writer is, im sure never read a previous clue in their life. work blows:( I have to read the rest of scoucherys article though, i like him. (though, if turned out to be the clue writer, i'd have to burn down his house and pee pee on the ashes, lol)... but untill then, i like the guy.

I'd say 100 is about right - and what? about 4 or 5 dogs too. Soem came early and had to leave and others stayed for about the whole thing.

I was going to check out the geocache thighy, but got too busy trying to meet everyone.

I think I have finally unthawed. I told East Side on the way home that i'm going to invest in some heated socks & gloves for next years hunt! Dang toes always turn into little ice cubes just when the fun starts. ugh!

It was really fun to put names to faces today. We met alot of new people.

Sounds like the cooler crew needs someone to do internet digging on parks for history and stuff. I hereby officially volunteer to dig up the 'dirt' on the parks. I do this kind of searching every day for my REAL job, so it would be no problem to do it for the crew. I figure if I start early enough I should have something on all the parks within a year.

'mom'

We've got jackets and snow pants in the dryer, and the 2nd child in the bathtub. They were soaked to the bone!

Can't believe I forgot to eat!! Right now we're trying to figure out what to do for dinner. I had planned to make pizza, but I'm really tired. Standing outside for hours is tiring! Think we're just gonna order something.

Had SUCH a great time putting faces with names. It's always so good to see everyone again, and to meet the newbies.

Better get going here - have to wash Hannah's hair, and I've got a nice strong pot of coffee waiting for me.

Hidey-ho!!! Lookin' like everybody got home ok- waiting to see me2&AW show up, hope to see their names soon. I had a great time! Dan is very glad he went! "Boy" is a clown-in-training.(Lord, help us!)I'm posting, now, so I can see my flower bloom

We ate - but am thinking I wish I had leftovers for dinner. Too nasty to think about going out and we just did pizza a couple days ago.

Had to laugh. Tomorrow is recycling here so that's one of the first things I did before unlayering and getting settled to be indoors. We usually have a bag of junk mail and the leftovers from paying bills. Two weeks and not one sheet of junk mail to go out. The pile on the dishwasher has grown - but I didn't think it was *that* bad!
