Straight up... I dont even know where to begin explaining the type of female that I look for.
She's just gotta be.. cool in my books... and thats too hard to put into words... I just know em, when I meet em. And its only really happened a couple of times.
Well I think the outer image is this guy whose devoted to some strange rock band, drinks too much, didn't do so well in school, has an attitude problem, and can barely hold down a job.
But I think I've got you figured out now. You're not a dummy at all. You're actually pretty smart, quite creative, and you're able to read people pretty well yourself. You may still have an attitude problem which keeps you from being more successful than you are, but I'm willing to bet in time, when such things start to matter a bit more and you get tired of being broke, that you'll actually end up going pretty far.

J did good in school... the attitude thing is kinda half and half...
Yeah... I did pretty good in school.. I cant think of any classes that I failed... came close once.. but.. I talked myself into a D instead..
I try though... not to let my attitude effect my work environment... Usually when I go to work (when I have a job that is) the people I work with, hardly ever get to know the real me, and always end up thinkin im this shy dude, with no friends, and no life at all.
I dont really Drink too much either..... kinda just when its convenient...
The job part.. Ive actually been able to hold down a couple of decent jobs... but then stuff happened, and hours were cut, and they either had to let me go.. or I found something i "thought" would work out better, which was wrong, in all of those cases... most recently though, its been crappy ass temp jobs that havent lasted more than 2 or 3 days, because they "ran out of work"....
morning all. wow alot of posts last night. well I'm off to play this old house i get to put in a cat door to the basement. seems the new dog likes to sneak in the basement to eat out of the cat box. dogs are strange
Wow, there were a lot of deep posts last night. And once again, Allison stepped in and said what I was going to. To sum up how I feel on some of the subjects regman brought up:
reg- you have to look at yourself from an outsiders perspective and realise what you are, in fact doing. As allison said, people do different things, and they should not be labeled because of what they do. If you have been judged because of your looks and what you like to do, and feel like you are being hurt by a certain group; the jocks and popular kids, you have to annalyze what you are doign in turn. If you are judging them because of what some of their peers have done, or what they look like/ like to do, you are just as guilty as they are, and you are going to end up being very lonely because you are alienating anyone that is not just like you.
Linwood-hehehe- I was just thinking of that place yesterday as I drove past it- I like that and Cherokee- cause they are probly new at this clue writing so are they dumb enough to give it away that quick with key and tennis or tricking us with Linwood or IM?
We could get real deep into this MAN-LOOKING thing- I disagree with Ares -
After a man makes the commitment to marriage and children he should not look- even at Victoria Secret catalogs or the Swimsuit addition. The kids should know the respect the dad has for thier mom and how much he cares and adores her ONLY! expectations are high when the kids are watching their parents and what to expect when they find love in life.
a man should plan before getting married that the woman he is marrying will be the only one and better have a good face to look at!
I do have something to say about this last hunt too and a couple of those clues!!! But I have not been feeling well the past couple of days and am heading up to watch a Mickey Mouse Villian Cartoon Movie and eat popcorn while laying in bed with the kids :)
What up ya'll... damn.. messages are going all slow. I was expecting to see a buttload of messages again, this morning... er... afternoon/evening... whatever.
I was at como a few times on the 11th day of the hunt, walked right past where it was at at least twice. But I had figured if it went to the 12th clue (that always explains where it's at) it gets to be less about finding it and more about a race to get to it first. At that point I had figured I wasn't prepared for a mad dash sorta thing, and it's hard to beat someone with a cell phone and someone at the PP readin the clue.
Hell yeah... I wish we would have had a 3rd person with us again, that night, so we could have done that too... we were leaving Shaggy's place, and trying to decide, if we should just go right to the park, and start looking, and try to mooch the clue off of someone with a cell phone, or go downtown to the PP, and get the clue ourselves.... we chose to go downtown, which was the wrong decision... we ended up WAYYYYYY!!!! at the back of the line.
Next year if it goes that far I'll haveta have a plan (and probably a group) set so I have a fighting chance. But I do intend this time to be much more prepared all around for the hunt.
lol a day at least, talk about your obscure little known history facts. I don't believe before the explanations were out that anyone menationed the person the clues ended up refering to.

Or, "The umbrella stole the vacuum cleaner and drove it to the car wash to scare the turkey's?"

Hey Reg
I've been off the forums for a bit, what with computer upgrades and all, I hadta reinstall windows and whatnot.
Kinda just getting back into regular mode since the hunt is done for the year.. maybe I'll try and participate in allison's mock hunt though.
Actually I had wanted to be, but some family stuff came up and I wasn't able to go.
Was AW alluding to anyone in perticular in post number 18214.
Yeah, ninja.. he was talkin bout me. Thats why I responded to it, like so.

Note to self: Too much Rice Krispies, is a bad thing.
Hell yeah... Yeah.... I think we ran into practically everyone that night.... that was a mad, crazy time....
I think I got a small group started for next year. Haveta see what works out I guess.
I'm still planning on getting out to the parks (and probably the history center) over the year, should help out a tad.
Well I think I saw them out a couple times this year, don't believe I talked to any in person though.
