It's time for the Medallion Hunt! The first clue will appear on PioneerPlanet just after midnight Saturday, Jan. 22. Come back here to compare notes with other treasure seekers, but be certain you read the rules on the Planet's Winter Carnival page.
MedallionStallion
Stalion here, Those of you who don't think BP is in St Paul, LOOK AT A MAP! It is evenly divided between St Paul and Maplewood. Get a clue. West of Mcknight road it is ALL st,Paul. I used to bike that trail all the time
Dear Beth, I do have a map and it is sitting right in front of me. Half of BC is in St. Paul, the border of Maplewood is McKnight Rd. which runs right through the park. Get a job
I think some of you folks are not too familiar with both St. Paul and the winter carnival. Battle Creek Regional Park is in Maplewood, but Battle Creek Rec Center is next to the elementary school at Ruth and Upper Afton, several blocks inside the city's boundaries. And the old ski jump was right there too. Battle Creek is a well established neighborhood in St. Paul. And for those who said Newell Park is too small an area to hide the treasure there, it was found there about 15 years ago, so I guess NP is about due.
Can those of you who only want to socialize PLEASE do it somewhere else!!! E-mail your actuall phone #'s to each other and do something real by picking up your PHONE to talk. If you don't want to talk about the clues, please go away and leave the rest of us to peace.
Once upon a time there was a poor widow who lived with her son Jack in a little house. Their wealth consisted solely of a milking cow. When the cow had grown too old, the mother sent Jack to sell it. On his way to the market, the boy met a stranger. "I will give you five magic beans for your cow," the stranger offered. Jack was unsure and hesitated for a while but then, enticed by the idea of such an extraordinary deal, he decided to accept. When he returned home, his mother was furious and reprimanded him sternly: "You fool! Jack wheres the medallion?
