By the way, in case anyone hasn't been keeping up with the Mock Hunt threads, there's going to be a bonfire party at my place in Cottage Grove this Saturday evening starting around dinner time. If anyone wants to come by early and help set up, that would be appreciated too. We can grill some food, make smores, and sit around the fire. And in case anyone missed why we're doing this, it turns out that the house I'm living in right now is the same house that ClueMaster grew up in (I always wondered who built all those train tracks in the backyard!)
I have graham crackers and marshmallows, but I could use chocolate bars for the smores. I also bought some hot dogs today and I might make some sweet and sour chicken, but beyond that, I guess bring whatever else you might want to eat/drink/snack on.
We may show up too allison, but I probably won't know until at least friday, we have some stuff we have to deal with first but if all goes well I think a night out is just what we need.
I am Dr Ego Gabia,a top government official of the federal Republic of Nigeria.I am in charge of federal reserves account and Auditing.During the course of auditing some accounts, I discovered that a particular account has been lying dormant for some time .And this account was used by the Military Government back between 1985-1998 for paying foreign contractors, the total sum of money in the account is $16,230,000 .
The reason why I contacted you is that I need your help to transfer the money straight to you and you will help me invest it in your country because as a government official, I am not allowed to keep an account in foreign currency.

Whatever happened to that "Ruby Ridge" and "Hugh Jass" that started the "Federated Beef, Inc" thread in here. They were messing back with those scam artists and it was getting pretty funny. Hope the "black helicopters" didn't get em!

Just because I am anal about our state capitol and capital city of St Paul - we had this history lesson before so just have to enforce -cause you NEVER KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE USED IN A HUNT!!!!!! (if I am wrong please feel free to correct it-cause 'just like loving you'...I don't wanna be right if loving you is wrong).... hahahaha :)
I was just giving you crap ESD :) --the capitOl clue has been used in a couple of hunts and I don't want anyone to forget how much we all had to figure out the difference ;(
I was in a meeting a couple of years ago...there were about 10 male engineers and two female clinical/regulatory people. The guy leading the meeting...a very straight-laced, religious, serious guy who wouldn't say $h!t if he had a mouth full of it, was talking about a new way of cutting wires used in a woven product. We would be moving to using lasers, and he *meant* to talk about the superiority of laser cuts, but he accidentally put an extra letter in the word "cuts". We all had a most difficult time containing our laughter in a setting where we were all expected to be politically correct at all times.

So does anyone know of good scenic areas in Minnesota to go camping? I'm trying to plan camping trip for my singles club this year. I'm thinking we'll do one by Taylor's Falls because we had talked about going canoeing there, and we'll have one at the KOA in Hayward, WI because it's a bit of a tradition. But I think I want to plan two more, one in May and one in August or September. But I haven't traveled around the state that much and the number #1 factor in the poll I did was going somewhere scenic.
Gooseberry Falls is the gateway to the North Shore. It is known for its spectacular waterfalls, river gorge, Lake Superior shoreline, Civilian Conservation Corps log and stone structures, and Northwoods wildlife.
Listen to the thunderous roar of the Upper, Middle and Lower Falls of the Gooseberry River, as it plummets through a rocky gorge. Watch for waves, ships, or the moon rise on Lake Superior from an ancient lava flow known as the Picnic Flow.
William O'Brien State Park is also very scenic...and nearby.
We used to camp at a campgrounds called Wagon Wheel. It's between Duluth and Two Harbors. The campsites are right along the lakeshore. Gooseberry Falls is pretty - but that is a state park so with the budget cuts, who knows how that will be. I remember one time back some years ago when the budget was tight, it didn't get mowed. Camping there was a mess because of it.
Goosberry Falls is awesome! We go there every year on the 4th of July, but I haven't camped there so I don't know how that part of it is. Maybe you could stay at Wagon Wheel, and visit Goosberry for a day? Isn't William O'Brien State Park kinda near Cloquet Terry? We haven't been to that one, but drive past it all the time, we should stop and check it out sometime.
William O'Brien is along 95 somewhere...between Stillwater and Taylors Falls. It's a really pretty park along the St. Croix Valley...and it's near the cities.
There's several state parks along 35 so I'm not sure which one you're thinking of Artemis.
Ahhh! Nope, thats not the one, its Jay Cook I was thinking of. But I have been to William O'Brien now that you remind me, and that place is gorgeous too!
Thanks to both of you for having the knowledge and want-to to keep that site available. I love that it expresses the idea of a complete community and medallion hunters everywhere are all part of the community!
And let's not forget to thank Mike Bassett at the Pioneer Press for helping get this released. He and my friend that works there spent some time on this project of ours so we could have the domain once again.
from what I have heard the voice and video experts in the cia disagree with you me2. i have heard a lot of people think it was a body double. probably because that is what they were speculating last night on the coverage?
Thats great Allison! Hahaha! Made me chuckle.
Is there anything better than a good slip of the tongue in a room full of suits?!?!

First, let's count the mis-spelled words:
untermost?
never heard that one before
I guess that would be one of those "Nigerian scams" I keep hearing about.
Whatever happened to that "Ruby Ridge" and "Hugh Jass" that started the "Federated Beef, Inc" thread in here. They were messing back with those scam artists and it was getting pretty funny. Hope the "black helicopters" didn't get em!
over in the "in the news" folder, someone set up a thread called federated beef inc. to talk about their handling of the scam. its a hilarious read.

AW- gooseberry falls is a great place to camp, really pretty falls out there.
Is that a city or what city is it by?
I don't even remember anymore, havn't been up there for like 10 years, I think it's up towards duluth somewhere.
From the town of Two Harbors, follow State Highway 61 northeast approximately 13 miles to the park.
HERE YA GO!
