1st clue comes out at 7pm on MAY 11th!!!!
The rules are basically the same as the PP hunt. Its hidden on public property in Ramsey County, search don't destroy, and don't go anywhere you obviously shouldn't be. Use good sportsman ship!
You are looking for a medallion aprox. 1 3/4" in size (NO METAL)
The prize so far is $450.00 and a bag of Groovy M&M's.

That would be cool. There might be a few logistical problems getting it from one person to another between hunts, and there's the possibility of course it might just disappear at some point, but it's still a cool idea.

Several people asked me last night if the date for the Marley hunt is set yet. We have a couple possibilities in mind, and want to know what would work best for people.
May 7-18 Mothers day weekend would fall on the earlier clues, but the last few clues would also come out on a weekend.
-or-
May 11-22 The first clue would be on Mothers day, clues6-8 would be on the weekend, and it would end Thursday (just)before Memorial weekend.
Thoughts? Input?
I also got another $40 and 3 cd's donated to the pot at the park last night! Thanks guys!
Personally, I like the 11-22 the best. That way both Mothers Day and Memorial weekend aren't really affected at all.
Also know that those CD's are just a few burnt ones and not from the store. I know most of us already have a high speed connection, but I will also throw in 2 more CD's of choice to whomever finds the thing. Just let me know your choices afterwards.

I'm for option B too. Leaves the hunting time open for pretty much everyone. No real holiday conflicts during that time.

Common sense dictates this hunts existance. Are there any days between May and June? Is that even possible? Are you going by the same calendar I am so very used to? I am honestly lookin and I dont see anything that fits that time frame! Or do you mean May of 2003 to June of 2004? By that logic, the hunt would be after school is out!
Man, you can tell when it is getting late. Sadly, I am not planning on going to bed anytime soon. Is this really that late? Late at all? Isnt really early? Is it possible for someone to go to bed earlier then someone going to bed earlier then you. It seems possible.

I liked the 6:00 release time cause it gave us some light to look for that days clue. Although 8:00 in May will still leave us some light, it would be nice to have a couple of hunting hours anyway. Depending on how it works for you of course. Maybe 7? Thoughts?

Marley, I'll be in Jamaica May 13-20, and you guys need some good competition, so, can you change the hunt date? HeHe Seriously, I'm thinkin about cancelling my trip. On one hand: Marley's hunt, on the other: sunshine, ocean waves crashing against Negril cliffs, snorkling, rum punch, cliff jumping, parasailing, men in shorts, hmmm. Not sure what to do. Why me? Anyway, I wish I could be here. Have fun!

I picked 6pm for mine because I have a lot of events with my singles club that start at 7pm and 7pm wasn't working well for me to post the clues, so I changed it to 6pm.
