I'm aware of three of the nine as being users. Two of which deal pot for sure, maybe more but I doubt it. It would have been all three, but the dealer in the one house moved when his mother died and his aunt took over the house.
The two white houses (one of which is me) does not do or sell illegal drugs.
In total there's 22 houses on my block. Which makes it an 11/11 split.

but if only 1 out of the 8 houses around you are inhabited by whites, what makes you think you are going to see anything but blacks doing things?
when I was growing up, I lived in a smalltown neighborhood that was pretty much all white...so does that mean that since I saw drug use and dealing in that neigborhood, that drug use and dealing is 100% white?
