It's time for the Medallion Hunt! The first clue will appear on PioneerPlanet just after midnight Saturday, Jan. 22. Come back here to compare notes with other treasure seekers, but be certain you read the rules on the Planet's Winter Carnival page.
OK. First of all, get off this kick that the 9, 5 and 4 are addresses or literal numbers on anything. That's not how the medallions clues work. They don't give you
numbers, they give you something to figure out, use a little brain power here. Secondly, this hunt takes place on public ground, as do all of the clue references. If you
are looking at people houses hoping that their addresses are 954, you are wasting your time. The Pioneer Press does not want 50 carloads of people shining their
maglights at the fronts of peoples houses. Just think about it a little bit.

Dr. Livingston, where are you? You had some good insight last year, in fact you guessed where it was two days before it was found. What are your thoughts on the

The problem I encounter is that the southeast corner of BC park, there is no facility ther or a house. If there was a house there, the house # would be 59. I'm still

WELL HERE GOES. in clue 4 it states that: "but there's VALUE as WELL as IN the NEW" VALUE=medallion/location IN NEWELL. the 9 5 4 is the ks95 radio
tower seen from devils den. somewhere a 4 is 94.5 its call #. then an iconoclast is someone who has disbelief in religious obects/images such as disbelieving the most
powerful icon in religion and that is god what more better person than the devil as the iconoclast. Then a tome may refer to a big book but it also refers to a devils
pitchfork. and the letters of all the clues spell out saints f which either this is going to be refering to st francis or saints fan. which would then refer to midway stadium
where the saints play that is also seen from devils den. Devils den is not small but not large. protected by brush and trees. I took a look there and once i found devils
den the park is much bigger then i thought. what do u think about this?
Are there any thoughts to any of the other parks that are in st paul? Or is everyone still thinking Highland or Newell? I didn't go to Newell tonight. Were there alot of
For those of you who don't believe my Como theory, or ShovelBoy's refutation, here is the address info. 954 East goes through Phalen and Mounds Park. 954

WELL I HAVE A FEELING ITS HIGHLAND. YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT HOW HIGHLAND WAS THE FIRST PLACE THAT IT WAS AT AND
IT IS PP'S ANNIVERSARY. AND IT WAS THERE IN 94 WHICH IS 5 YEARS AGO BUT I DO LIKE THE COMO THEORY WITH THE NUMBERS.
Anyone know what "flying downhill" at merriam is?
Angel02, if you can bring the people here to a consensus, we'll send you to Yugoslavia next to negotiate a peace.
Newell is too small

TONIGHTS CLUE WILL TELL THE VICINITIES MOST LIKELY A CODE OR STREET NAMES.

k rock--have at it!
Angel02, I already gave what I thought was a thorough Como explanation at 8600. In fact it appeared right after your question.
