rice park- downtown where there is the james j. HILL library across the street from the NEW/OLD civic center/rivercenter, you know where all the CLEAR ice
sculptures are. and the ordway theatre where you could go to hear a SCORE. on 4th st.
I could be wrong about the location of rice park though poindexter.
