Went and looked at HP the other day, there were a bunch of "new" trees planted in one spot, and someone had taken a snowblower and made a path right through

that area, is this a stretch?

Boomhower

What are you talking about? what clues did I give out?

Sat, 01/30/1999 - 2:00 AM Permalink
Jason Dreyer

I guess I agree that todays clue means that an eariler clue is obvious or 'quite clear'. I figure they are talking about clue 4 (i.e. well in new) or whatever. Insight?

Why don't people buy the "hedge" take on this clue? It says first think of trees in a line- which is a hedge (look it up). This will lead you to a helpfull name - edgcume

st. which runs straight into HP

Sat, 01/30/1999 - 2:01 AM Permalink
HeyChump

couldnt find this so called devils den

Trees in a line=orchard-(thesaurus)=orchestra, st.paul library at 90 w.4th,Landmark on 5th=Museum of Art & instruments old and new , down a hill-rivercenter

home of the wild=scoreboard,=iconoclast F.Scott Fitzgerald statue=Rice Park- What do you think? Good Luck

Sat, 01/30/1999 - 2:03 AM Permalink
Jason Dreyer

re devil's den. I passively looked for that place all night. No luck. I question its existence. I believe that it is purly rumor.

Boomhower

Has anyone actrually seen this "so called building"???

Sat, 01/30/1999 - 2:04 AM Permalink
MedallionStallion

Jason, I disagree. It says somewhere in here there's a clue thats clear. "here" could mean EITHER this clue, or all the clues in general. Why waste an entire clue by

saying "no, really, we meant what we said in the earlier clue" ?

I think It's reffering to something clear within this clue, and also reffering to something else

The reason someone took a snowplow in highland is for the disc golf tournament tomorrow. They are cleaning the area.

you think so.

Sat, 01/30/1999 - 2:07 AM Permalink
Jason Dreyer

If so, why cant any of us figure it out? I am not ruling out the possibility of something being in clue 7, but I respect all of our intelligence, and trust that someone would

have seen something by now. Of course maybe the smart people are all actively useing the clue currently... I dont know, but I am still dissecting 7 too. We'll see.
