Thanks for all the get well wishes. i hope i'm feeling better soon too. I'm bummed as we had all kinds of plans for this weekend to do winter carnival stuff and I was so looking forward to the PDG!! Hopefully i'll make it to the rehash.

Trying to figure out the game plan for today...parade or hockey? Not sure what time we'll make it to McGovern's.....thinking either go early to beat the traffic or go later to beat the traffic....probably we're screwed either way!

I think our plan is go down, try to find a place to park and if all else fails, we'll pop back home and call a cab.

Me too, but the kids pounced on me at 7!

My kids have been trying for awhile...Gheez! The sun comes up and they want breakfast! Whassup with that!

Oh, well - I still did WAY better than I usually do on the weekdays....

With any luck, they'll start figuring out how to get their own breakfasts sooner rather than later.

I can hardly wait. The problem is, they usually want oatmeal. It'll be a while before they can do that. lol

Actually mine are fairly self sufficient. At least for cereal or pop tarts. The middle one always feels she needs to come get the okay from me before getting anything though. By the time I'm awake, I may as well get it myself! I should be thankful that she asks!

I was all bent out of shape cause for some reason I was thinking there was a Wild game in town tonight. One year there was, and it WAS awful....do you really think it'll be that bad without a game?

One thing I'd kind of consiered was taking a shuttle from Affinity Plus on Lafayette....but there's none after 10:00....so we'd be outta luck for getting back.

I'm thinking we'll go down around 7:30 or so...and if it's REALLY BAD, we'll just drive around for a little bit. I know a couple people way be going early and leaving early and don't want to miss anyone, so don't want to get down there *too* late....

Yes, I thought the Wild game was a home game too for some reason. But they're playing in San Jose, so the only traffic and parking issues should be from the palace.

But there's a concert at Xcel... And I think sumpin' else, too.

We're trying to figure out what we're gonna do. Haven't decided on anything yet.

That shuttle thing from Affinity might work for me. I would probably be leaving before 10:00 anyway. But then, what if I wasn't? I have a hard time making decisions. Going over to Woodbury here soon. I'll think about it when I'm shopping.

There's a rodeo thing at the Xcel....if we can manage to get parking with a Wild game, I think we can handle a rodeo. Especially if we wait til 7:30...that's what time the event at Xcel is supposed to start.

And the other shuttles - like from Sears on Rice run until 12:30....I just hate being under their control....if I want to stay later, I want to stay later...hehehe.
