Allison: I've been to Linwood and it is possible but so are other Parks. The famous name clue could fit at Linwood, i.e., St. Clair or more precisely Sinclair Lewis.

Frack has to do with Linwood. There is a Triangle Park. I was built in 1996. I called AT&T "00" INFO. to confirm it. Triangle Park is not far from linwood.
