havin' some fun in the mud, I got a little stuck :)
hook up the tow strap! I wasn't the only stupid one :)
lol!
I never thought I'd say this......
I want a golf cart....
I love it LL. I camp a bit and always wanted to see the 'camp-carts' go for a dip like the 'wheelers'. Nobody has the balls to do it where we go. Great pix!!!!

It's luxury as it's fastest. Anyone wanna race? ;-)

WoW...never knew that park was in Isanti.... I grew up in Cambridge...most of my time was spent on spec lake or up in some campground in Stanchfield.
Looks like a fun place......(and less then an hour drive)
we go tubing alot when the weather is warm, I'm surprized you never knew it was there, they hold the annual rum river float every year and give out rootbeer floats when you get off the river.
Make a reservation and come hang out! we are seasonals so we are there every weekend :)

we are seasonals
I've heard about those seasonals ...
Heehee! one of the geo cachers is a seasonal there:) I cant remember what he said he used for a name but it had something to do with his last name (boever) I think it's like beover clan or somthing like that.
Its hard to go anyplace other then our family cabin....since its free.
but I'll keep it in mind when the girls get a little older....
Caroline is still only 18 months.
yeah, tough to camp with the little ones, been there done that :) that's why we ended up getting the camper.
they are open to the public for tubing and canoeing, alot of people come up just for the day and go canoeing.
thanks for the heads up on the tubing area....
I hate to even think about AppleRiver anymore......
won't do apple river anymore! yuck! rum river is much cleaner :)
Kitch, I've been camping with my twin girls since they were 2. Wimp!

ya..the boyscouts spoiled me.
Seriously...it would be different if those girls would like to sleep in...but I don't want to get up at a campsite at 5:30-6 a.m. with those two.
Â
Ug, yeah. That's the worst part. As soon as the sun hits the tent, mine are awake.
That looks like fun LL. I'll need to pass it on to the other half. We also go camping/tubing down in Zumbrota on the Zumbro river. Pretty clean and not too many drunk teenagers either.
Oh, and thanks for the compliment. I like it a lot.
Nice car CM!! A lot better than that Daewoo I know you had your heart set on. =)
A lot better than that Daewoo I know you had your heart set on
LOL - Thanks DD. Although that particular Daewoo wasn't a bad car at all. Poor guys have a long way to go in proving that they're not a TV manufacturer that also makes cars. I know that Mitsubishi is still having that problem over here in America. I don't want a Ford microwave or a Whirlpool SUV either.
Nice wheels CM! It suits you.
Thanks OT. I might finally be able to get up that hill by you without worrying about that stoplight 1/2 way up. I've ran that thing before because I didn't want to put that kind of pressure on my old baby.
First day of school today, the bus came and picked up my girls and took them into the big bad world.

<sniff>

I can't wait! he comes to work with me on tuesdays, drives me crazy!!
You'll love it when they run home to your arms telling you of all the exciting things that happened during their day. It's definitely more emotional for the parents than the kids. Mine starts 1st grade tomorrow and it'll be her first time taking the 'big' school bus. She took a big one last year but it only had 4 kids in it for her afternoon kindergarten class. I hope she likes it as much as she liked last year. It's gonna be extra hard for me this year as I will pretty much turn into a weekend dad because I won't see her during the day anymore. :-(
What? You mean the bus will bring them back?!? ;-)
Katie started pre-school today.....
Not what you would call a picture perfect day....... I think she is 4 going on 14. She got mad about the clothes that was picked out for her...so she has a on mismatched outfit and sandels (not the new tennies).Â
Â
Damn, I'm old
Yes, yes you are. ;-)
You mean the bus will bring them back?!?Â
LOL (I was looking all over the net to post a photo of Robert Helpmann as the Child Catcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang but couldn't find anything. That had to be the scariest character since the Wicked Witch and until Frank Booth)
...there's a stroke of genius in Helpmann's child-catcher, a Caligari-like grotesque guaranteed to star in the nightmares of every young viewer for years to come. The vision of him skulking around Toymaker Benny Hill's shop muttering "There are children here somewhere. I can smell them..." has stayed with many a young viewer.

I spent a long time today trying to find the name of the nerdy guy in the board game, Mystery Date. My kids loved that game and I couldn't remember his name. Just bugged me. Finally emailed the daughters and got three replies! lol Anyone out there want to guess? I know the name now.
Is it frosti?
Nope, sorry Frosti. ;)
I have a feeling me2 is going to know the name.
Tommy started 1st grade today....I was a wreck!!!
Joey was happy because he finally got rid of the mean kid who tells on him:)
Â
hmmm.... MILTON?? nah can't be that.....
I'm going with JOE!!! or TRENT!!
We need to hook up Ali & Tommy Pay me. I'm sure they'll be hunting together in no time.
