end of park) with address of 459 and another on east end of park (I think on howard) that has the same address.
there were people digging in the frog pond today at como, it is built of rock (quarry) and you can see the conservatory from there...just am not convinced, drove by
the capitol and there was only a handful of people there

I was at Lindwood today and it didnt look good (about 10-15 people). Went to the capitol and dug (I think you need more clues to narrow it down to the
capitol)there was about 50 people there. Also went to Phalen there were about 20-30 there. I still have no idea where it is!

It is a PEAK! Not a dome! I think this clue was worded to throw us off. Round and white and streached tight. THEN "Is a glowing translucent peak".
Part one of the clue tells you what it is wrappen in. Part two tells you to look around for a translucent peak.
