The fire tower is in St Croix State park. There's a pdf map here
http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_parks/st_croix/maps.html
and they have it labelled as an observation tower. It was listed as a fire tower on the map they hand out at the park.
Cool thanks Frosti!

Is it a big property? It looks nice with mature trees all around. House is nice too. Brand new?
Looks brand new, with no grass. Nice porch!
I agree - very nice porch LL! Good luck - I hope you guys get it.
no, it's just on a small lot but I don't care :) there is less than 1000 people in this town so it's not crowded :) and yes it's brand new :)
Yes, I was going to coment on the porch also. I love porches! Good luck LL! Hope you get it.
which town???
grasston :) out by braham
Great pic TC!
where's that?? i'm assuming it must be north somewhere...
Grasston
less then 1000...more like 250ish....
LL - All partz are crossed for you! Good luck!Â
thanks for the well wishes everyone, I'm sure we will need it :) we just talked to our mortgage guy last night and it sounds like he can do it as long as it's not a manufactured home, the listing doesn't say if it's a manufactured or a modular home, I might have to go and schmooz my step mom for a loan again, she's the vice pres of pine city bank :) we have one more person coming to look at the house today, I think the last guy will give us close to what we need but I won't take it till I find out what this other person is gonna offer.
guess what moved into one of my Uncle's backyards in Cottage Grove?

looks like one that you wouldn't want to have a close encounter with!!!
eeewww!!! I absolutely HATE spiders!!
He said its a "garden spider" whatever that means..
you should see his backyard... he's been building it up, since they moved in there 15 years ago.. he's got 2 waterfalls, a huge garden, a pond with a bridge over it., a bunch of ducks that nest there.... it looks like some exotic jungle.

*this house had some outside pics....looked like no damage at all........
I was wonder why none of the window had the plywood on them...turns out...I don't think they used any.

is that the business side of the last one?
Im not sure.... the one before that is the same one from the side... so it looks like it could be.
We went up north around Danbury, Wi. with our new ATV's last weekend to check out the fall colors. It was pretty cold and wet.
