I knew that scribe had to be "our" scribe, but what a weird first purchase? Or I'm weird, for not "getting" it.

Heh

Anyone ever seen coats?

I met a guy last year at Phalen that had a WC coat that was wool and lots of colors, kind of like the old Hudson Bay blanket coats, but with a lot more colors and patterns.  It was really neat, but I can't remember what the coat was part of, it had been in his family for many years.

Boy if I ever found one like that I'd snatch it in a second.  I love wool!!

btw, I just thought of this. I still have a few of the "I failed at Phalen" Buttons left. I'm not leaving them in my phalen cache anymore as that cache has proved a bit unstable.

I'd happily trade/give the remainder of my supply out to those who are interested

KC0GRN

I'd like one, if you still have some... how much would you want for one?

eh, I'd be happy to give em away, or trade for a button. Most likely though it'll be just a giveaway thing. Everyone going to the pre dig gig I'm guessin? I'll probably bring em there and disperse

I might find that comical... as I will be enjoying a bit of the drink that night.

"a bit of the drink"...

I like that......im gonna start sayin that when I drink from now on. It sounds fancy.... which I have no clue on how to be.

I don't normaly drink, I mean we're talking drunkfest like once or twice a year. Of course it takes gallons of the drink to make any impact on me. I don't drink to relax and when I go out drinking it's when I'm going to get drunk.

I don't get drunk or even drink when I will be in contact with my kids.

So the drink is kinda a fun time when I do end up doing it.

That isn't your high bid Scribe?

And it's neck and neck down the stretch.  Who will it be? Scribbles or OTS?

I'll say it'll close at $112.00.  It's still worth much more than that.
