I'm only in one book that I know of....

My grandfather had a book written about his life story.......is a good read but kinda hard to find....

Back
to
Buck
Lakeby S. Lowell Roberts-- is worth it if you can find it.....

My grandfather was one of the best speakers in A.A. and travel all over the country doing "talks" because he was soo funny. It talks about his storys of drinking and how much he "lost" many things.....but still has a lot of humor in it....

He was a taxidermist and one of the best in the country....so it makes for some great stories and photo's.

OH....if anybody buys it from an online site.....

I'll buy it back from you if you want....I only have one copy...and I should buy the used ones I see online.....

The Kitchen Boy I'm  talking about is a story about the Romanov's while they were imprisoned during the Russian Revolution.  It's a fictional account supposedly written by their kitchen boy who was part of their staff who chose captivity with them.

Back to Buck Lake"

Edgar and Allie Brooks have a story that touches the hearts of young and old alike with laughter, tears and love. The real-life details they share revive memories of a time when life was simple but hard; a time when people had a genuine sense of community and compassion. Back to Buck Lake tells of a 35-year battle against alcohol addiction and how the will to survive against all odds make Edgar and Allie Brooks the special people they are today. It tells of their success in the taxidermy business and of their determination to bring a ray of sunshine into the lives of people they meet especially those whose smiles have faded and disappeared

The
EZ Duz-It Back Saver
has been endorsed by major health organizations as well as many doctors specializing in cardiology and physical therapy. (Documentation is available upon request.) In addition, on CBS television, a 65 year-old man using the
EZ Duz-It Back Saver
easily outperformed two new snow blowers and a 20 year-old man with a shovel when removing 5" of snow.

wow? how?

If this thing works that well...I could do a park in no time flat........

The Washington Post's Mensa Invitational once again asked readers to take any word from the dictionary, alter it by adding, subtracting, or changing one letter, and supply a new definition.

Here are this year's winners:

1. Intaxication: Euphoria at getting a tax refund, which lasts until you realize it was your money to start with.
2. Reintarnation: Coming back to life as a hillbilly
3. Bozone (n.): The substance surrounding stupid people that stops bright ideas from penetrating. The bozone layer, unfortunately, shows little sign of breaking down in the near future.
4. Foreploy: Any misrepresentation about yourself for the purpose of getting laid.
5. Cashtration (n.): The act of buying a house, which renders the subject financially impotent for an indefinite period.
6. Giraffiti: Vandalism spray-painted very, very high.
7. Sarchasm: The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the person who doesn't get it.
8. Inoculatte: To take coffee intravenously when you are running late.
9. Hipatitis: Terminal coolness.
10. Osteopornosis: A degenerate disease.
11. Karmageddon: When everybody is sending off all these really bad vibes and then the Earth explodes.
12. Decafalon (n.): The grueling event of getting through the day consuming only things that are good for you.
13. Glibido: All talk and no action.
14. Dopeler effect: The tendency of stupid ideas to seem smarter when they come at you rapidly.
15. Arachnoleptic fit (n.): The frantic dance performed just after you've accidentally walked through a spider web.
16. Beelzebug (n.): Satan in the form of a mosquito, that gets into your bedroom at three in the morning and cannot be cast out.
17. Caterpallor (n.): The color you turn after finding half a worm in the fruit you're eating.
18. Ignoranus: A person who's both stupid and an asshole
