Sounds like you guys are gonna send over and entire truck. That is just great. Ilove the idea of the head cut out. I can just see someone dragging him into the Rocken Lobster and proping him in the corner>
I walk daily at the MOA and will stop in the Minnestoa stores and find some stuff. I will also hit the dollar store for some fun stuff.Â
Going WAY back to the dried tator tot hot dish....well it could be done.....I have a dehydrator but it would not reconstituit into anything resembling a hot dish....IMHO it would suck. I seem to recall seeing one of those fake foods things, like the restarants use for display of a cassarole (come on brain remember where) that would be fun!
And last but not least I will bake some cookies and get them vacu-sealed they should last.
I could buy a hand grinder.....but then again...how fast can I get one....since I'd haft to do it on ebay.

I brought home boxes from work today. They are 16" x 23 1/2" and 13" deep and the other size is 16" X 23 1/2" and 24" deep. I have 10 of each size. Do we need any more? Let me know if we do, I can get more no problem. I figure the big ones will be nice to collect everything at the PDG.

Well, we never have time to read anymore and I only have 2, Christine and The drawing of the three, I also found dances with wolves and a Dean Koontz book. I'll never read them again so I might as well put them to good use :)
Quick! What's Zepher's real name?? There's a Vikings cheerleader signing calendars at the local liquor store and I ran home so she could put his name on it. Anyone there??
She's at Hat Trick Liquor on Southview and 12th. Zeph has himself a Vikings Cheerleader Pin Up calendar! LOL I was the only woman in line! It's a nice calendar. A different cheerleader for each month and an autograph from each of them too. Kind of provocative. :0 You going over there, CM?
I seldom go in there. I usually go to MGM. But I'm buying the beer for the Vikings party on Sunday and was going down Southview and figured I'd stop in there and be done with it so I wouldn't forget. I really didn't want to have to drive to Prescott on Sunday. It was kismet!!
So, I talked to Zeph's wife this evening.  I invited her to the Premier because she would be able to bring the kids. She is not sure if she will be able to go or not do to the kids karate. I also invited her to the predig. Again she is not sure do to babysitter and such. I hope I didnt freak her out too much. She was laughing because the fact that there are such a large group of people who want to help her and her husband is a little overwhelming. I offered our support so if she needs anything she can let us know. I also created her a login for PF "zephwife". I emailed her to explain how to get on and read the threads so she can at least have some sort of idea of who we are and what this fun place is all about..........
I ventured out to MOA today and bought my Bath & Body Works stuff. I got body cream, body lotion, (there is a difference) body splash, creamy body wash and shower gel in three different flavors. One of each for the three of them. And a fragrant candle for each. They have these really nice silver boxes marked down from Christmas that I bought to put them in. I had to quit shopping at that point because that stuff is heavy!
I have two shopping bags full of books. And they're not all girly books! I  vetoed some of the lamer ones.
So how did we come to know of Zeph anyway? Was he just a guy who was posting on the PP boards that someone got to talking with? I guess I really don't remember hearing much about him until the last week or so. That in itself shows that we're not a bunch of stuck up's as previously reported years ago. As a matter of fact, I think some of those nay sayers are regular posters here today. And we're all the better for it.
I am not sure who invited him in here but someone was talking with him and they started talking about the hunt. He has only been on here a few days.....It amazes me what we are all doing for someone we barely know. His wife was quite impressed (and a little scared I think). But an entire group of people to help out a soldier in iraq, be here to celebrate weddings, and babies, be a place to vent when angry, or are lost because the death of a loved one, or even a pet.....You cant beat the people here!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!
He probably is because OT thinks so. She knows just about everything there is to know. I'm just glad she's on our side. Think of the power she would have if she went to the dark side.
Too scarey of a thought!!! But then in your head put together this group as a whole. With all the talents!! OH MY!!! Why havent we come up with a million dollar buisness to do together yet?
This cold is causing outages all over the metro (St Paul mostly)
outage? power or cable? not your fault but I am gonna cry if my ER goes fuzzy screen! watching it now! its good tonight-

Â
Hey, does Grampa Dan know about this thread? Should he? Isn't he related to Zeph?
Green said if they had a grinder she'd get some of those Ethiopian beans.Â

I didn't WIN the hand grinder.......... ;(
Tell Zephy he will be with us. Only tell him that we mean in spirit. That way he'll be more surprised when he finds out he really was "with us".
Stephen king books aren't collectbles are they? I found a couple of old ones I was thinking about sending them.
They are to me, LLady. I've never parted with a single one o'my Stephen King books. Yust can't bring myself to.
What would be neat would be some o'Millet's books. But I'm not parting with MINE. Never ever.

I might have them all, TC. I'll part with them. I know I have several anyway.
I also have that one about the winter storm written by a local auther. I believe the carnival is mentioned in it.
Silent Snow by Steve Thayer Also The Weatherman by the same author.Â
Weatherman's good. Thayer also wrote St. Mud, a fictionalized accout o'St. Paul in the 30s/gangsta era. GREAT book. I've not read the Snow one.
I don't have St. Mudd. I got it from the library. You'd LOVE Silent Snow!! It's about a kidnapping on Summit Ave. during a snow storm.Â
Ooohhhhhh! Sounds GREAT. You're right, just the kind'a book I'd love!

Thanks Mr. Mikey!
Good idea OT. Where's she at?

I would if I was at home but I'm stuck here at work. :-(
