Yeah, she was really out there! I started laughing when she said she was gonna be a hair dresser, I hope to god I don't have anyone as physcho as her doing my hair!
And then therre was the guy that was supposed to be related to toni braxton, I bet she's pissed now that he said it on national TV :) He was out there too, maybe the two would be a good couple HAHA!

OMG! He was just plain frightening! His guttural laugh was too much! Sang that way too.
The look on everyones faces when she was done singing was classic LOL!
almost as classic as the end "annie" singing tomorrow. i think we could have given that guy some caucasian looking face paint and he could have been cast for the role of annie anywhere.
but is there anyway to keep it to a minimum to make it easier reading on here?

I read all the stuff anyway. I'd hate to miss one of 'those' posts. I never know what thread I'm in. I just use the check messages button and go where it takes me. It does get confusing when people are talking about buttons in the geocaching threads but it's all the same anyway. It'll never change. Kinda like asking the Joe's to stop. ;-)

The joes bothered me when I first got here. But thats cause I didn't know what it was all about. Then I started to like play the Joe game...... now I have to do it when it's dark and no one is looking.
That way more messages show up on one page without having to click the more button.
we really didn't need to know that, search!!!

I knew about the Coco thing - she had been considering Courtney but didn't want to name her kid exactly after her. (I actually sort of like the name). Paltrow named her kid Apple because apples are sweet and wholesome. (Can you tell I read People?)

She named her daughter Apple because it was the fruit of her labor.
I kinda like the name Apple. Makes me think of a cute, rosy-cheeked baby.
How about Orange? That way none of the kids can make up a silly rhyming nick name for you

Man OT, So now I know who the insecure little kid was that needed to make up nick names for other kids only to make themselves feel better. You sure were Johnnyonthespot with that nickname. I wonder if you were also the type to tape the 'kick me' signs on the backs of the special kids?

Okay, I have some stupid questions. How do I get my name to show up (on the list on the right) when I am here and then disappear when I am not here?
How do I use the Check Messages feature? Do I have to subscribe to the threads I want to check? When I go to Message Center, every thread in peoplesforum shows up.

That should be set under "your preferences"

Yes. It only checks threads you subscribe to. Check your subs to see whats listed. Unsubscribe from them and then resubscribe only to what you want to read., When you click the check msgs button it may show all msgs as unread until you check the "mark as read" button. Then after that it will only show new msgs your subscribed to when you hit "check msgs"

I'm not sure how to use message center correctly. Thats a different function. Messages that you "mark" are stored there until you delete them. When you subscribe, make sure you only click the option to "check for new msgs" and not the other options. That maybe why all the messages are in your message center. When I click "check msgs" it takes me to the thread automatically, not the message center. Hope I'm not confusing you.

Well, this template doesn't give you the option of hiding or showing your name on the who's here list, so you have to go up a couple levels higher and you will see the link to show or hide your name on the left side of your screen:
