 ya know, i've got to say that throughout this whole thing, with all the knighting ceremonies and whatnot, of all the groups we've interacted with, the vulcans were far and away the coolest bunch of guys we could ever have hoped to come across. They were the first to actually give a firm yes that Zephy could be knighted, and then that he could ride with them in the parade (on the condition that he wear red instead of green, of course. Thanks to scribe for letting him borrow her vulcan coat for the evening). They firmed up details of when and where we need to be for the staging with us today. Vulcanus Rex even offered to give me his phone number. We think it'd be a great idea to make up certificates of appreciation for all of them for going well above and beyond to help make this a success.

What all is going on Saturday, when and where (specifically)? We are planning on going, but not sure how to meet up with you folks yet. Zeph's grandma, mom, wife and kids want to go also.

zephy's riding in the vulcan fire truck with the 2005 krewe in the torchlight parade. i've been told starting times anywhere from 6 to 730, but haven't checked into what the exact time is myself. we're still waiting to hear from the mayor about the time for the proclamation. details to come as we receive them.

Thank you so much for all your help Mystical... If it hadn't been for you telling all the Kates the Zephy story we would have had a lot more trouble putting those shots together! They were so nice... they all wanted to be part of the picture. You have to hand it to them as it was only about an hour before show time and they all took the time and effort to make sure every one of them was on stage with him. You also saved us admission... which really helped! And another thank you to Mr Muzik for helping Ares pick up Zephy and bring him to the bar.

I did invite the Vulcans when CM and I were at Landmark Center the other night- they know about the ReHash but they had something going on too close to the bash time- I am gonna let them know about our events for next year and see about mixing it up a bit- I met this years 68th Vulcan leader that sets up next years 69th ;) line-up.

Me2, the Vulcan party's Sat nite.  And it goes until like...  breakfast.  When Maureen and Steve came to the 1998 RHB, they came directly from the Vulcan party.  I doubt we'll ever see too many Vulcs at a RHB.

Vulcs have been invited in years past by various 'Heads.  And ittiz always the same story.  They're too hung over from Sat nite to do much on Sun.

I didn't pay a dime to make that photo look like that. use a program called the GIMP, it's basically like photoshop, except it's free.

Go to the stable download link, then download both GTK and the installation, install GTK first, then GIMP.
