Coldwell just called, wanted to show the house from 5 to 6! Sheesh! A little more notice would be nice! a whole ten minutes to clean up and get out, and dinner time on top of it, some people are just rude! I told her NO!

yeah 9:30 at northwoods. I'll be elsewhere earlier looking, after a stop to get some dinner. I've got two extra map copies. It's not spectacular, but I think it gives a good overview of North St Paul anyway.

we drove by there about 4, there were a couple people poking around already :) hope they don't find it!

Just got back from checking out Tower and the Environmental Learning Center (that's the name of the north side of the Urban Ecology Center). I checked the usuals, and the sign that faces McKnight. I drove past 2 on 11th Street that would be fast enough to check out.

I'm headed back out again, just had to stop home and get my rake. I guess I'll go check out the Urban Ecology Center now and then head over to Northwood. See ya all there.

Well I made it to NSP, hanging out at a friends.  I'll be at Northwoods by 9:30, see ya then.

Just got back from NSP.  Searched all of a park w/detector and dog.  Saw a SPOTTER in a red truck - for real!!!  He was sitting there about 30 mins with headlights on park, when I pulled in he left immediately and kept watching back at me. 

The mostly frozen blue stuff are the carvings me thinks...

 

You guys have the latitude and longitude of the park?

Unless it was tower park you're most likely wrong Frozen, I was out at tower and saw a guy searching it, he was driving a red truck.

Kitch said there's a fence by the ballfield (just south of the water tower) with a bunch of leaves to rake. So I think we're gonna rake there, then see about moving on to another park if nothing turns up.

lol OT, ewwwww.... just got back from northwoods, that was a bust, but it was good to see some of the crew there.

Have you looked around the cannon??  Maybe those strange O's in one of the clues were supposed to be cannon balls.  That's all I know about NSP parks.  There's one with a cannon.  ;)  Oh, and Neumann's Bar is the oldest bar in Minnesota.

the Os are just a flaw in the clue, translation error between a woord processing program and the website. Haven't checked cannon yet, but nothing in the clues really seems to relate. could be wrong I suppose, I'm guessin there'll be some more info in the next clue.

So much for that theory then.  Have you checked out Neumann's?  It's kind of a neat place.  Serve good food.

The blue snow carvings are all along the main strip (7th Ave.)  WOW KC, can't believe you already posted a pic.  Laptop?

Here are the words that stand out to me:  lucky (stars?), under, in...town, astrological (stars?), moon (and stars?), rain does not fall, frozen blue, start and suspended.

nah, digital camera and I live fairly close to NSP. Aquarius is on of the astrological signs, bringer or water, blah blah blah ad infinitum. The sculpture thing is interesting. I'm hoping tomorrow's clue will be good enough to nail down a park anyway.
