Get your logo and or crest submitted to be voted on by the whole crew. (the current logo will also be available to vote)

so.. I got bored and decided I was gonna take a stab at the contest... tell me wut U guys think.. mind U.. this is NOT the finished product..

okay...here's a crest-y type logo...I'll be working on a longer logo for knit hat brims and such. the pic shows how it's flexible with different color background or different color type

I thought it would be fun to bedazzle the circles with rhinestones so it'd be more real looking! hahaha not like I actually HAVE a bedazzler...but it'd be cool if i did....
what really stinks is I could probably make a nice 3 dimensional logo, but anything made that way will most likely not work for printed material, and very likely not work on embroidered stuff..
I am soooo embroidering that on the back of my hat!!!

Whatever the final logo/crest is, it will cost 80 dollars to have it made into a stitch pattern. Once the pattern is made it can be used most places that embroider

she uses crayons and napkins mostly, then scans the pretty pictures she draws.
if only that were true tim...I can't draw worth crap. I specialize in cartoony people and animals. I can't draw realistically from memory very well, but can draw from a photo or still life.
Talent is talent and you got it. I can't draw or make cool pictures like that for crap.

Finally..
Okay so this is a WIP, and obviously even the concept won't work on embroidery or any printed material. If I end up finishing this project, it'd be more in the eye candy category. Something you could set as your wallpaper on your computer, that sorta thing. Just figured I'd look for some reaction before spending any sort of extra time on it.

well is it just me or does he always come off as blunt as that seemed to me?
there were people posting in here that probably never have even tried to come up with any sort of art - just seemed to shoot down the multiple posts in here and maybe tell the "not so good artists" to hone skills on one and send only the best!
maybe i just dont "get" his takes or personality.....i havent posted this much since the first year (of PF)so maybe i need to change my name back to JETHRO BODINE.....;)

I agree we need a space for the finished products that we are going to vote on and that's what he was going to set up through payme. It had nothing to do with this thread.
