I have the cutest Valentines that some of the kids up in St.Cloud made for Zephy!! As soon as I mentioned that he was over there.. they went right to work.. it was the cutest!
Our internet is the slowest it has ever been... I cant handle waiting this long for a page to load, but hopefully it will all be resolved soon. (They should just give up trying to mess around with it and quit while we are behind...) ;)
Not too much new here... When people come to the shop, they keep asking if it is another SGT Jason Anderson day... Pretty cool..
Umm... Our Senior Mechanic (SSG/E6... 1 rank above me) has been on leave for the last week and I have been taking his place while he is gone... Not too much different than when he was here... hmmmm... quieter, though...
We are finally gonna see some light in the tunnel with our guard duty list... My section (14 people) was covering about 55% of the duties, but we finally got someone to realize that their equipment does not run without maintenance support, so we are back to where it should have been to begin with... around 20% of the duty...
The bad news (?) is that now we are going to be going on more convoys, as we had finally acquired some armored HMMWVs... At least we'll have a change of scenery... Hopefully in nice neighborhoods...
Thats about it for now...
---OTS... love the avatar... havent seen one of them with the red band around it before... best I could do is a flaming pot... (ordnance)
Woohoooo!!!! Welcome to your new "home"! It will be fun to have a special place for you to tell us what you're up to and for us to harass you!
Good to hear that you guys will be spending less time guarding and more time fixing those wheely thingies. Convoys, eh? Thank God for the armored vehicles! I hope and pray that all of the neighborhoods you go to are neighborly! I have read that the election has really brought about a positive change in the people's attitude there. Lots more intel coming in about the bad guys, and a more positive attitude toward the good guys (you!).
about the " ' " -good question - do we have any English teachers here? or journalism majors? Jake? ;) ...
It seams just like the question of the " ' " in the breweries. We had Yoerg, Yoergs, Yoergs', Yoerg's and then there was Schmidt, Schmidt's and Hamm, Hamms, Hamm's and Hamms' (Hamm Brewing Co. and Hamm Beer) -why so many differences
---my guess is that if it was used as Yoerg (without the s or apostophry) that the word Brewery should follow it = Yoerg Brewery. But that wasnt always the case in brewing advertising. Is it just plain 'preference'?
I am a little late coming in on all this but that Picture of Ronnie James made me think of something. I was watching an old Dio Video the other day - have either of you ever thought he looks like a rocked out version of Richard Simmons?Â
So Zeph Brewery or Zeph's Brewery or Zephs' Brewery or Zephs Brewery?
Zeph Beer? Zeph Brew? Zeph Brewsky? ;)
If you do this: Zeph's brewery it shows possessiveness. The brewery that belongs to Zeph If you do this: Zephs' brewery it shows plural possessive. It would be incorrect. You would use this if his name ended in "s". Zephyrus' brewery would be correct usage. If you do this: Zephs brewery this is also incorrect, no possessiveness is implied, only plurality.
Cooler!

Excellent, glad to hear he got that.
KOP.. we had alot of the Batteries and such from your bag tossed in the free space in that box. So they have alot of that stuff as well.
The rest I'll leave to him.

That is one mean mommy:) BOYS WATCH OUT I GOT A NEW IDEA!!
Putting "owned" in a google image search gives you some really funny results.
That happened to me once. It wasn't funny. Lots of hair lost in the removal process.
Wow......where was the camera for that?
Talk about a lost treasure.
Nothing like an extra-smooth Scribe.
Not when it started to grow back!
I will say it was nice not to have all that hair on my back for a while.
Shavin' my shoulders, I'm gettin' it all shaved off!
That's so romantic!
That was me last year.
This year I shaved a whole cupid! The detail nearly killed me!

That THX is a lucky guy!
That THX is a lucky guy!
I thought it strange she wouldn't let me see her back until AFTER we were married.
Do you ever throw velcro things at her?
As long as you got to see her front before you got married...
As long as you got to see her front before you got married...
Actually, it's here sideways that attracted me.
Kinky.
Here sideways?
Where?
WeRd.
JT - In which park did you learn about her "sideways"?

Not to be nitpicky (I am an editor, you know!), but you might want to change Zephs to Zeph's (with an apostrophy).
Thanks!

Hey Zeph / CM...
I am a little late coming in on all this but that Picture of Ronnie James made me think of something. I was watching an old Dio Video the other day - have either of you ever thought he looks like a rocked out version of Richard Simmons?Â
Short, same build, bad hair....
So Zeph Brewery or Zeph's Brewery or Zephs' Brewery or Zephs Brewery?
Zeph Beer? Zeph Brew? Zeph Brewsky? ;)
If you do this: Zeph's brewery
it shows possessiveness. The brewery that belongs to Zeph
If you do this: Zephs' brewery
it shows plural possessive. It would be incorrect. You would use this if his name ended in "s". Zephyrus' brewery would be correct usage.
If you do this: Zephs brewery
this is also incorrect, no possessiveness is implied, only plurality.
I vote for Zeph Brewery.
Sounds linguistically correct and gives authoritative ownership.
Me 2 - Your lil sis needs a cool pic. Help me out here.
