Some of these people just don't look that weird to me.  Is it just me?

Perception of the finder perhaps? I think some are not so much the weirdness of the person as much as the weirdness of the situation they are in.....

Would be nice if we could tag a vote on submitted pics and rate weirdness 1-10.
