I sent my resume in to Anagram International Inc. in Eden Prairie for a Senior Pre Press Technician/MAC Operator on Friday and some one was on my portfolio web page today. (They make those mylar Balloons for party's and stuff) the job would be designing the balloons, that sounds fun wish me luck.

Well.... News on changing landscapes for the city... They are going to be building two sets of River Fron Condos on the West (South) side of the river across from dowtown . They will be between HWY 52 and Robert Street. 10 River Park Plaza sits there as well as 2 river front parking lots where these will be built. In addtion to the 2 buldings of condos there will be a 7 story parking garage build on the East side of 10 River Park Plaza.

Hey OTiS, isn't that where you work?  I thought that land was already spoken for. How can they put up condo's in land that's zoned for commercial use only?  Or are you between Robert & Wabasha?  I can't remember.

Our building is right in the middle of those boxes. The people who own this property and this building have pulled some sorta thing out of thin air. The and got the zoning changed on for the areas that currently hold the parking lots.

They are building models upstairs as we speak. When I have a chance I'll slip up there and see if I can get some pictures.

I have been reading the articles in the pp and west side newspapers all year on the condos- its been in the works for quite some time.

They have the models partialy built upstairs. Still a mess but kinda strange walking into an apartment and forgetting you are inside a 8 story bulding.

They already built the condo's by the power plant on the other side of the river.
Now correct me if I am wrong there used to be a neighbor hood down there that always got flooded out and they had to tare it down, I don't think I would live on the first floor=)

You can say that again. Mine are up by 7:30 at the latest, every day.

Bella will sleep till 7am if I go to bed by 10pm but if I stay up late she is up by 5:30am.

Seems I've gotten a nasty cold here too.  Started out on Wednesday with a sore throat and stuffy nose,  the past couple nights it's kept me up coughing non stop.  I'm completely wiped out.  I haven't left the house since I got home from work on Friday.
