Went to AxMan and got LOTS o'green marbles and green beads.  Hearts!  :D  Gonna make green marbles, beads and buttons my signature thighy.  Hope I can find green antique buttons.  Thouht I'd look for buttons - like your grandmother's button box? - at garage/estate sales, that kind'a thing.  At AxMan I also got some small plastic bags (1.5X1.5") to put the stuff in so they won't get wet.  Read that the caches get wet alot...

Is it me just being insecure, but is it really otay I'm doing marbles [I've lost], beads and buttons?  (Maybe buttons...  Don't know if I can find enuff old green ones.)  People are doing x-stitched book marks, bead and leather bookmarks, WHOLE LEATHER little notebook keeper-thighys, hand-tied flies, money, key-chains (some HANDMADE!)...  SHEESH!

Marbles and beads like seems SO CHEEZY, know what I mean?  And what if all the stuff in there's better'un my marbles and beads?  Should I not take anything?  And maybe not leave anything?

Great!  I've seen some neat stuff that I'd like to place, but didn't know I could *with* my sig thighys.  Cooler!  I can do both!

I'll just toddle around, nose around, poke around and leave a 'card ' until I know better what I'm doing.  Just so I'm out looking.  That's what matters to me.

I'm going to be taking marbles, too, if I find them.  I like marbles!  They're neat.  That's why I went with Ian's idea of doing them. 

green the marbles are your sig item right...it is my understanding that those are simply left in caches not traded.....like a calling card....

from there you decide whether you want to exchange items...the rule is try to trade equual value.

No, McLucky, didn't find *that* cache.  Went looking for annuder and had to leave.  1) Had to pee like a Russian race horse; 2) needed gas [for the car] as was on fumes; 3) froze my arse off from the wind coming up of Old Man River; 4) Felt like an idiot walking around in circles mumbling to myself, "Wow!  That's NEAT!" as I watched the coordinates change on my GPSr.

I was whipped and wanted to just crash.  I've got this dumb cold and though I've yet to be too feverish, I tire easily.  So wanted to get to some place warm and veg.

Back when there was the strike, I was really interested in it due to commuter issues that are no longer.  So, I was following the stories in the paper.  Man, I tell you.  My heart was on the side o'the workers.  Having been where they were before they were.
