I would have never rented it....was on my "comcast on demand"...freebie with starz.....
I was suprised I watched the whole thing....not normal for me....
I had to reboot my comcast box today. The "on demand" wouldn't work and said error 215 or something. I just unplugged it and had to wait a 1/2 hour and now it works. If any body else has the problem, there you go!

My time was screwed up yesterday. When I called I got a message saying they were working on it. Still wasn't working this morning so called again and got a message telling me to unplug it. I'm glad I called back.
mine has been broke since yesterday, but I forgot about it till this morning. Then I had the phone in my hand, ready to call, and decided to try a re-boot by unplugging it. My other boxes were working though. They are comming out on sat to hook me up with phone anyways, and I was thinking if it didn't work I'd get a new box then.
 How much inside work do they need to do for phone?
Anybody know?

3M... the phone shouldn't require any inside work. You use the lines you already have in your house. They would install a box outside that gets cut into your inside wiring. We run 90 volts to power the phone and the unit on the side of yours house to the unit. From that point to your phone it's all what you got. That is of course unless you want more plugs.
