Clue Master

I got this from my bro-in-law today.  I found it kinda interesting.

 Abraham Lincoln:

And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the
       life in your years.

 Helen Hayes:

The hardest years in life are those between ten and seventy.

 Anais Nin:

We do not grow absolutely, chronologically. We grow sometimes in one
dimension, and not in another; unevenly. We grow partially. We are
relative. We are mature in one realm, childish in another. The past,
present, and future mingle and pull us backward, forward, or fix us
in the present. We are made up of layers, cells, constellations.

 Henry David Thoreau:

The youth gets together his materials to build a bridge to the moon,
or, perchance, a palace or temple on the earth, and, at length, the
middle-aged man concludes to build a woodshed with them.

 Madeleine L'Engle:

The great thing about getting older is that you don't lose all the
       other ages you've been.

 Robert McAfee Brown:

How does one keep from "growing old inside"? Surely only in
community. The only way to make friends with time is to stay friends
with people.... Taking community seriously not only gives us the
companionship we need, it also relieves us of the notion that we are
       indispensable.

 Thomas Jefferson:

Though an old man I am but a young gardener.

 William James:

How pleasant is the day when we give up striving to be young -- or
       slender.

I raked the roof,
I felt aloof.
I cleared the steps,
Running out of pep.
The walks I did shovel,
From my hovel.
I wore myself out,
So I shall pout.
It got too late,
For the snow I hate,
This time of year...
Winter- kiss my REAR!
I tossed,and wept-
I felt inept.
Cuz the snow will soon-
Melt by June.
I pratter and whine
And still decline
To give into haste-
Though the snow is like paste!
I groan and I grunt
I ache with the want
For someone with pep
to shovel my step.

On this Forum- one should NEVER write.
One 'composes impromptu crap'
...But do as you wish.
...and remember- you are NEVER in a 'line', you are 'queued'.
Geeze... Figure it out already.

And while you are at it, figure out who edited out the whole being of the woodchuck thread on russellfreedom.
I can always get it back- I have connections with the Master.

Sweet me2- I live in Richfield. By the MOM. Don't tell anyone.

I was working at a school near Hastings yesterday, when I got there at 6 am, there was no snow.
When I left at 2:30, there was 10 inches. (it was narrow, though.)

thanks K T - I didnt have the truck today but I had thought about coming over and shoveling for you. sorry I couldn't. I did however go out and shovel my driveway- and then the sun came out and melted the rest.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are conducting a standard process investigation in relation to matters involving a client. We have in our possession valid and tentative evidence that you might be whom we seek. This is in reference to a client of ours and the circumstances surrounding investments made by him at our facility. Our Private Banking client died interstate and nominated no next of kin to inherit the title made with our bank. The essence of this communication with you is to request you provide us information on three issues:

1. Are you aware of any relative/relation who share your last name and whose last contact was in Europe?
2. Are you aware of any investment of considerable value made by him at our bank?
3. Can you establish beyond reasonable doubt your eligibility to assume status of next of kin to the deceased, as suggested by our investigative team?

It is pertinent that you inform us at your earliest convenience whether or not you are familiar with our deceased client or if we have your permission to investigate and confirm your eligibility any further so we may put an end to our inquiries surrounding this matter. It is imperative you understand that we are constrained from providing you with more detailed information at this point. Upon contact we will be able to verify and tie in our information with whatever you provide, thus facilitating the conclusion of this issue.

Please respond to me by email as stated with the undersigned as soon as possible to afford us the opportunity to close this investigation.

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
