hahaha, I spent a week up canoeing in the boundary waters with a group. The outfitter we used supplied us with pretty much everything, including food. They loaded us up with smores stuff, but I tell ya, after a day of tearing down a campsite, Canoeing, portaging, choosing a spot and setting up camp... the last thing we wanted to do at night was make smores. Think most of that trip I lived on oatmeal, bagels, and jerky, just cause they were simpler to eat.

I can cook around a campfire...I just hate cleaning...
What is there to clean...just burn the stick used to roast the melows and wienies...and wala...clean up is done!
thats why I don't usually cook anything more when camping...
I normally leave off meat, eggs, meat, etc...about it....
eat my veggies raw...

when It comes to making smores...I normally Make 1...
then figure out its better to just eat the candybar, then the crackers,...then by that time..burn the marshmellows and eat them off the stick.
