american is showing the flight as arriving at 512, flightview is showing a 506 arrival time. remember that this is the time when the plane pulls into the gate.
Digger... Oh. It reminds me o'rain, broken glass, night, pain, and death. BUT! Now that you've explained what ittiz, I can *see* the veins! I think I'd like it better - well... KNOW I would - if the colours were more normal/usual. LOVE the idea. And, this is your first 'close up,' isn't it? GOOD JOB! (More I look at it, knowing what ittiz, the more I like it.) LOVE the water drops that magnify. They're wonderful.
Hope this finds those here we're worried about doing a bit better today... I have a rosary o'people instead o'beads...
Met Zeyphy! He looks XCACTLY like Carboard Zephy! I'm ssssoooo glad a bunch o'us were there to welcome home a hero. Since he was the only one, there wasn't like a huge turnout o'peeps (which reminds me, I've got some getting hard I need to get to...). He deserved a hero's welcome and I'm glad there was a bunch o'us there to give him one.
I cried buckets and buckets and buckets. It was ssssssssooooooo beautiful looking at him and Mrs. Zephy hugging and crying. I just lost it. I cried the most after those two! ("What's new, green?") I'm so damn thankful I was there. After hugging him, I shook his hand and welcomed home in an appropriate, 'adult', hero kind'a welcome.
I'm so damn proud of that man. My chest just wants to burst. He had on his camo fatigues. Sandy/brown. And his little Sargent's hat; and the coolerest boots you ever wanna see! Really neat. He looked - and carried himself, and acted - every single bit the hero he is. I'm SO PROUD O'YOU, ZEPHY!!!
It was well worth missing class for.
Geocached my widdo heart out yesterday and did nothing but get dizzy, Etch-O-Sketch the background outta my GPSr with my wanderings, break a bead, get a thorn in my thumb, and a blister on my foot as I didn't have on my tennies. I don't know HOW many times my GPSr said "Nearing Destination"! But I never did find that damn cache... I'd go out today, but ittiz so cloudy I doubt I get good readings. Bummer.
Hope everbuddy has a decent day... At least we all have each other.
It sure was nice to read your post Green. I got in here last night a couple hours too late to see Zephy was coming in. I had read in a post somewhere that he was coming on Monday, so I assumed he was already here. Sniffle, sniffle.
Mz. Botox! I mean Buttoz. No! BUTTOX! Missed you! Glad to see you and your humor back. Whatcha bring me? (Zephy brought us sand... In his undies, in his boots, in his hair... IN HIS 'PUTTER!)
I didn't know a thang about Zephy getting in until I checked in here yesterday. Glad I did. But we'd been forewarned it would come down to that. Sos, I just reacted and drove like the proverbial bat (found out on the way home that 7th's speed limit is NOT the 45 or so I was doing, but 35!!!) to get there in time. But I made it! :D
It was really way super nice. I'm so thankful I was allowed to be a part o'it. Mr.Mikey, Ares, maybee even RedBear and Me2, too, took pics. Mr.Mikey took a movie! I bet he'd bee happy to let folks look at it... Mr.Mikey made signs and gave us that didn't have one one (like moi). And there were signs all over the place.  Chesty, her daughts, Mrs. Zephy and fam were muy busy all day yesterday making neat, pretty signs.
Sky-watchers from the South Pacific to the Americas will witness the first solar eclipse of 2005 on Friday when the moon blots out part of the sun.
It will be a partial eclipse rather than a total one, in which the Earth is cast into darkness. But it will be the last partial solar eclipse visible from the continental United States until May 20, 2012. Solar eclipses occur when the Earth, sun and moon line up in such a way that the moon casts a shadow over Earth. Friday's eclipse will last from a few minutes to over an hour, depending on one's location. In much of the continental United States, people will see what looks like the moon taking a bite out of the sun, with the bite bigger over the South.
Nice Joe Green! Sheesh. I got all teary-eyed too. You can kinda tell Zephy's feeling like everything's surreal. I wonder if they'll make another baby Zephy while he's home. Hehe.Â
When's the next keoroke gathering?Â
How you doing Green?Â
How you doing ClueMaster?  Hope all is well with you. Â
Karaoke? we are Gonna get through Saturday with Zeph and hopefully set up a poker night asap and I gotta get my butt in gear for bowling. But if anyone wants to go just set the day and place and see what happens- usually the best place right now has been Michaels and thats on Friday nights.
I went in to see a Neurologist today and he decided that it was in my best interest to get a cranial angiogram to check out the blood vessels in my brain. It was kinda scary with what he was thinking could be wrong at this point but I also have to keep in mind that he's seen bad stuff even happen to small issues. I'm holding as positive as I can but getting this is keeping it hard to stay that way.
Thanks for asking FB.
If anyone has had a angiogram done before please E-gram me. Thanks in advance.
Great movies Mikey! Sure wish we could have been there.
CM - I'm glad the neurologist is checking everything out. I know the whole thing is a tad bit scary, but then the headache itself is scary so you might as well get the full check up.
That's the way I'm looking at it. At my age it's probably a good idea to get stuff like this done anyway. Only the HMO's won't usually pay for them if it's voluntary. We've had this awesome coverage for about a month and I've definitely taken advantage of it. No choice of mine of course.
I love you, My Master. You quit frettin'. All they're gonna find is that you're too damn smart and you're too pin-headed to hold all that info in the space allotted. So, you're gonna get buggy-eyed like Pickles... He's such a smart widdo Puggy his head couldn't hold all his brains and they pushed his eye-bulbs out. (Thass how come Puggies have pokey-outty eye-bulbs!!!!) I just hope your nose doesn't get all smooshed in like Pickles'... You'd look damn funny.
Botox, I R fine. Can't complain. A bit stressed, but not like or as bad as some o'my good fiends... 80-117 folks here outta a job come tomorrow. Folks walking around looking glum, some crying... I'm blessed that I never fell under the unemployed umbrella. Monday I start a new job.
But, there's still stress. Loss of job/samness; change; worrying about fiends here at work and also in The Cooler; nervous about new job; life issues.... It's not the best week I've ever had. But then, I've had much worse, too.
I'm just glad to be alive, fairly secure (got new job jitters, BIG TIME!), and the sun came up today. That's as far as I can think.
(Thass how come Puggies have pokey-outty eye-bulbs!!!!) I just hope your nose doesn't get all smooshed in like Pickles'
Folks around here watched "Starsky and Hutch" on big screen yesterday. Wunner what today's matinee izz...
We've two (2) off duty ST. PAUL'S FINEST with us today... So? Where's the beer? They're easily spotted. Ittiz that do-nut glaze all over their faces...
Me2, it coould also be My Master has Post Noodling Stress Disorder. He's literally pooped out his brain with too much noodling.Â
Then again... IT COULD BE that he's suffering from Lost Noodle Syndrome: His beaner got used to all the endorphins from the noodling, and is going through SEVERE withdrawal. He needs some Noodles!
Thanks Chesty and 3M. I need all the help I can get.  And green, damn! You made my day. You're one funny cookie you are. Thank you pal. Thank you all for that matter. I'm not looking for any sympathy whatsoever. Just any advice that you may have that would help me along this road. God knows there are many people, even right here in our own little corner of the world, that have much worse things happening to them and don't want to mention anything. Which is totally fine. Whatever positive thoughts I have go out to those people. There's a few I haven't herd from in a bit that I'd love to know how they're doing.
Love'ya, Big Guy. I'll give ya one free Caboose ride - no charge!
Honest to gods! My boss is watching "Saving [NOT 'Finding'!] Silverman; eatin' chips. I could go watch movies, too, but would rather bee here.
Like I have been since the Hunt.
Tomorrow we're comin' in, gettin' our checks and hitting the NEAREST bar for the DAY. And then into the nite 'cuz o'the folks that are staying - they're gonna join us when they get off work.
Don't bother trying to find a cab tomorrow iffin' you need it. We've got'um all booked.
