Sounds like the clues are giving you a starting place (Ft. Snelling?) which isn't actually the hiding place and will try to guide you to the treasure along a path. The only problem is heading west of Ft. Snelling doesn't really put you in Ramsey Co. Where else would you pay respect to people in the military?
I was watching coverage of the Indy 500 on Speed Channel today. One of the commentators was asked if he liked the new qualifying format at Indy. His reply was "No, I don't like it. The reason being i'm a 55 year old curmudgeon, and I like the old school." Then, the other commentator says "What in the world is a curmudgeon???" I just about fell of my chair.Â
There is a playground in South Minneapolis with a plastic ship the kids play in hooked up to the slide and swing set, I wounder if any St. Paul parks have one of those?

Anyone want a clue?
me me me me me !!!
Clue 3
The kids got something from a scribe, it was a note
It was from Zephy, and this is what he wrote
"To do well you must beat around the bush and the rock
It will hit near home that beating the enemy's a race against the clock
Finding it both high and low will be true
Depending on your point of view
There are cable cones nearby, which are unique
Remembering back will help you find what you seek
With these hints, finding it will be in the bag
There will be more though, so don't y'all nag"
THX, or thanks, was the last line
His abbreviation for it, was it a sign?
THANK YOU for not using me in a clue with the word NAG!
so far it seems like a park like Crosby, Hidden Falls or Battle Creek
[Edited by on May 16, 2005 at 04:10pm.]
Naw, you're going to be used in clue 69 :)
This is definitely a clue that makes one get off their duff and do some driving around anyway.
That's what I was hoping for CM. I wanted to see that duff of yours driving around! Your duff needs more exposure.
These clues are so much fun!!
TMK is trying to get me out- something about goose chasing ;) haha
[Edited by on May 16, 2005 at 04:22pm.]
I just want to goose you. Is that so bad? >:)
finding it will be in the bag
I got it! We're looking for a bag a weed. The kids are gonna love it.

I thought of ice cream too Kitch but couldn't tie it into cable. I like that cable car idea tho. Except that it references CoNo!
