I am suprised the school allows that number. And that it hasn't been taken already. I bet he gets a lot of winks from the cheerleaders. ;)

Ok, I'll tell ya the story....

The lay off they talked about, and postponed for 3 months, finally happened 4 weeks ago and I skimmed by (Stayed) barely. 6 people took voluntary layoff with no recall rights. One week ago they called them all back after only 3 weeks. The friday before the recall, one of the managers got into a tizzy with the plant manager and took off 3 days 'till wednesday. On friday, the president of the company put up a notice saying that the plant manager has resigned on that same wednesday, effective in 2 weeks. He missed the last weekly meeting and they said he's on "vacation" for the last week too. We think he got walking papers. YAHOO!!! The bufoonis gone! Hopefully thing will get better. They are already saying that we need everyone for new products coming out next month and through the end of the year.

Now if we can get more people we can stop all this overtime! One girl I work with has been doing 6 - 16 hrs days and one 8 hr day a week. Thats just crazy. We are being forced to work every weekend and probly will this coming weekend also : (

heck if its hourly I WOULD DO IT! she is gonna have one helluva paycheck!

Not as many as her. But I am being forced on weekends. I've been doin about 68-76 hours a week. And yes me2, the money is great. Mostly double time at a very good rate. Money isn't everthing though.

I hope they get you a good boss, in my past jobs every time they would get rid of a crappy boss the next guy would make the old one look like a saint.

Not yet. We are hoping they will soon. I hope the next one isn't any worse. I don't think it gets any worse, but you never know. They are hiring a plant manager if your interested. Your probly more qualified than the bufoon.
