I didn't want to rain on her parade but I think you're right.  It's technically referred to as a digital fart and only affects a couple of pixels during the writing process.  It actually happens most of the time but at 5.1 million pixels you probably won't see much unless there's a number of them that are grouped together. 

Although if you look long enough, you can see what looks to be a cat or a raccoon.  Strange

When I was looking at photos (to not find a blurry one ;) ) I saw an image-so I zoomed in
-the closer I zoomed in -the more pronounced the image was
