a neighbor of ours works for homfurniture and told us that they are going to choose a soldier to recieve 3 free rooms of furniture but today when I checked the web site, they are looking for a soldier who needs "help". I think it should be based on a soldier who has sacrificed and deserves it; I find the "needs help" a bit demeaning. still.... if people want to nominate zephy and tell the story of the sacrifices he has made and under circumstances... list the fact that he is missed a year of his childrens life, being with his wife, just the daily knowledge that he is not safe... if those things don't qualify as "circumstances" then they can disreguard my email but I still think 3 free rooms of furniture is worth a shot. so if anyone else is interested in entering for zephy... here is the link: http://www.homfurniture.com/Pages/serviceform.html
Roseville FastSigns Golden Rose Medallion Hunt, Tuesday, June 28 @ 6:29 p.m.
How well do you know Roseville? Take the challenge beginning Tuesday, June 28 when the first clue for the Roseville FastSigns Golden Rose Medallion is released. Follow the clues with hints about the City of Roseville and you could win a basket of surprises.
The first clue will be release on June 28 at 6:29 p.m. at the Famous DaveÂ’s BBQ and Blues Concert at Central ParkÂ’s Amphitheatre. Clues will be released each day at 11 a.m. through July 3. Clues will be available at participating businesses including KhanÂ’s, Green Mill, ApplebeeÂ’s, Macaroni Grill, Anchor Bank, Center of Massage & Bodywork, Buffalo Wild Wings, Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriot, Big Bowl, PETCO and Timber Lodge Steakhouse, as well as Parks and Recreation facilities and online.
The finder of the Roseville FastSigns Golden Rose Medallion will win a basket of gift certificates from participating businesses valued at $500. If the finder registered his/her button before Tuesday, June 28, the prize basket doubles. Rosefest buttons cost $2.00 and are available at City offices and many local businesses.
The medallion will be on public property in Roseville, but will not be located at Cedarholm Golf Course, Muriel Sahlin Arboretum, Harriet Alexander Nature Center or Roseville Skating Center. For more information call Roseville Parks and Recreation at 651-792-7006.

That seems like quite a few people could potentially have their hands in the cookie jar if they run it like the SSP hunt and have all the clues already printed and held at the sponsors business.
Hopefully they're each called with the clues before hand each morning or told to copy them from the web site.
After reading your posts about the storm, I decided to drive right through it. Kinda fun. I felt like I hydroplaned the whole way home. I went from one side of the storm as it was winding down the the front of it. Way cool. Lightening all round me the whole way home. I told the kid to wait for 2 minutes and it was going to start to downpour. Whala - Daddy is God all of a sudden.
Does anybody know someone who would like a free ATV? I have a Honda 250x fourtrax ATV that needs some work. If anyone may be interested (and wants to fix it themselves) let me know. It does run. E-gram me or e-mail at mrmnmikey@(nospam)yahoo.com if interested.
Hola! I pulled out some items from highschool, including my grades... I don't remember taking Spanish my senior year! hmmmmmmmmm anyone else forget stuff like this? I got a B in it!
I think my high schooling was odd. Went to a small town high school, graduated with a class of 68 people, and since I came into the school in 9th grade (this was a K-12 school) everybody was too cliquish, and I never quite found a place to fit in. So I always laugh about reunions. Heck if I went I'd spend all my time trying to remind people of who I even was...
ahh high school. tc and i didn't really give a rats behind about going to my 10-year this fall. at least until the organizing committee called my folks house (as the last known phone number) trying to reach me. my mom told them that i lived in apple valley with my wife and two kids. the sarcastic response: "he's married?!?!!?"
so we decided that we had to go, in order to defend my honor. and then we got the invitation and decided we had better things to spend $113 on. like going to las vegas.
Before I get REALLY late... Congrats ESD... hope things go well at the new job... and good luck with the new house.. I couldn't pay Stacy to move to the cities, let alone a part of town that has people that even use the phrase ' bad part of town' in it
Sending good vibes your way, MM... hope they get there quicker than the mail
Guess maybe I was wrong. I didn't see any of them with a GPS though, if it was them, they were employing extreme stealth.
Wonder if there's anything left in the cache now, that was a group of 4.

We just found out our car insurance will go down about 50% if we move to Owatana
I'm sure the location helps 2.
Oh I passed the Drug test yesterday
:goofy:
THANK YOU
to those members who helped us blast past our June fundraising goal of $620 in a mere four days!
For the first time in a very long time, PF is caught up on our hosting bills with Able Minds,
and we're in a great position to stay in a great position.
Mark received nearly $800 from 7 people yesterday, sending
our Summer 2005 fundraising total well over the $1000 mark!
I'm working on getting an exact total from Mark, and when I do, I'll post it here, so that we can hammer away
the rest of our Summer 2005 goal of $3000 (we're nearly halfway there already!), and rest easy for a while.
Thank you again for your patience this month (and this year), and for your support of PeoplesForum.com.
